Will not accept cash. Unbelievable to me, was ready to make a gift 🎁 purchase

Slow service extremely. Over charged me and because I used a debit card - couldn't get a refund. No sign whatsoever saying no refunds if you use a debit card only if you use credit. I will never go back here.

It used to be a good place but recently hired individuals are cheap.. never been this poor service before and had to remove my 5star rating

I waited in line with my 4-year-old for 25 minutes today around 2 p.m, with only one customer ahead of us. This is unacceptable, especially with two staff members working. One was making popcorn without so much as acknowledging us, and the other served the customer ahead with clear attitude and annoyance toward everyone.

If it weren’t for the promise I made my son, I would have left. He wanted to try a couple of flavors before choosing, but the staff member was so unapproachable that I didn’t even bother to ask.

Extremely poor customer service and not somewhere I’d recommend

Although Baskin Robins has great ice cream and lots of favours to choose a nice treat from.
One of the employees of this particular location needs more training. Rude, demanding, and frustrating was our experience

Always closed up, even though Google hours say they are open. Drove across the city, store has lights on but gates locking it up. Great. No notes, just closed up.

Absolutely not worth going. My day was ruined by the staff and their attitude. I did not even get the ice cream and wasted time. They got my order wrong and didn’t even refund when I asked. Horrible experience and think twice before going!

Staff was rude, she didn’t give good customer service even though it was miscommunication from her side. I would give zero star if I could. I had to wait almost 40 min for refund.

I always visit to drink shakes and always they gave reasons that we don’t have milk or our blender is not working

Awful. Absolutely clueless employee.. Asked about additional flavours as per the sign in the window that says if you don't see the flavour you'd like, they can pop it fresh and add whatever flavours and to ask what flavours they can do. When we approached to ask about them, she was on her phone via airpods and didn't even greet us. And then just simply said no, even after pointing out the sign, just a simple no. Sounds to me like she just had a bad attitude and simply didn't want to do it. Also the floors were filthy and had popcorn and random ribbons everywhere.
