This was my first visit to Winnipeg, and Kevin's came highly recommended — and I can see why. The space is warm, welcoming, and uniquely designed, giving a great first impression the moment you walk in. The staff were excellent — especially our server, who was engaging, friendly, and made great menu recommendations. Our orders were taken promptly, and the pre-dinner cocktails were delicious. The food arrived beautifully presented, though we did find it somewhat under-seasoned....
The server was extremely friendly and attentive, but not hovering, and the food was fantastic good portions, having a live guitarist singing, added to the overall ambiance and was extremely enjoyable
Came with my family, the mac and cheese was AMAZING! And the portions were very generous. Great wine, great ambiance, and live music which added a nice touch. Most live music tends to be too obnoxious or too loud and steals focus, but not here. The music was a perfect volume, and really added to the experience. 10/10 would go again.
