I ordered on this location first time today and it was a good experience. First of all they were able to serve extra crispy chicken which the other locations couldn’t and the quantity was better than other Winnipeg locations. So kudos to the team and the management.

I waited 10 minutes to just place an order. The girl on till (komalpreet Kaus) was giving the looks. After 5 mins she said just a moment( no please or politeness). The customer service is zero.she need to learn how to serve the customers. There was a long line up after me. When she finally took my order she never apologized for the wait and still was rude. I personally would never come back here. Thank you for spoiling my mood.

Staffs are easy to approach. After paying my food is ready.
Came to the drive-thru twice. They couldn’t hear me on the intercom so I drove up. And they got my order wrong both times. After politely asking them to give me the right food and drink they did so but after insisting and arguing that I said something else.
