I have come here twice now to order a bucket meal for dinner. You have to order on a machine, the staff wont talk to you. The machine then tells me I cant order chicken. Imagine...going to KFC and you cant buy chicken. Not once but twice. Each time about 4 months apart. I wont bother with this location ever again. Its a pathetic excuse for a business

so i ordered on the app when i went there to pick up my order they told me that my order was cancelled .i told them that i can order it again but a girl SHIVANI who was working there she was so rude-and told me no we cant make your order now .she said wait outside for 20 minute then your order will be ready i waited 20 minutes and the when i called again she spoke very rudely to me and said we will not make your order ,when i was calling in store she kept hanging up on my calls

Ever since they decided to have people only use the kiosks instead of human interaction unless you have coupons, plus the atmosphere and customer service due it has taken a massive nose dive. The food is good don't get me wrong it's just I rather to explain certain things to a person other than a machine, plus if you don't know how to understand the kiosk there no one there to help you with anything shape or form. Plus hearing KFC orders are more important than Taco Bell is dumb because my order is just as important whether it's Taco Bell or KFC, not to mention if I ordered inside or through drive-thru. And the prices are outrageous too!

I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with my experience at KFC. The first time I visited, a staff member wearing a black t-shirt was openly picking his nose while working. It was absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable in a food service environment. I was shocked that no one addressed it.
I decided to give the place another chance, but it was just as bad. No one came to take my order. Staff members were standing around, staring at me instead of helping. A girl who was cleaning the dining area kept looking at my face repeatedly, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I felt unwelcome and completely ignored.
After waiting and feeling embarrassed, I just walked out without ordering anything.
This location seriously needs better hygiene standards, customer service training, and basic professionalism. I will not be returning

The location on Regent tried to force me to use the new self checkouts jammed right in the middle of the store blocking all the tills. Refused almost not to take my order because I refused to pay with debit and use the self checkouts.
