Ordered two chicken quesadillas, both of them didn’t even have the cheese melted. Won’t be going here again.

The location on Regent tried to force me to use the new self checkouts jammed right in the middle of the store blocking all the tills. Refused almost not to take my order because I refused to pay with debit and use the self checkouts.

Staff weren’t welcoming at all.
As if someone forced them to be in the till.
And they dont know what they are doing at all.
They kept making annoying face while we were asking for help regarding the menu.
And on top of that they forgot our dips.
Last time we ordered chicken sandwich that was clearly old and hard to chew.
Again disappointed.
Kfc was always my favorite but from now on I wont come back.

This was by far the WORST KFC experience I’ve ever had, at the Regent location on August 28th around 12:30 PM. I waited over 40 minutes for my order with zero updates. When I asked what was going on, the front counter guy didn’t even bother to speak in English — instead, he used his own language, then told me to leave the store.
When I asked for his name, he smugly wrote it down and said, “Do whatever you can.” I reminded him that his job is customer service, and his exact response was: “I don’t care. Do whatever you can.”
This level of arrogance and disrespect is shocking. An employee who openly admits he doesn’t care about customers should not be working in customer service, let alone representing KFC. He completely ruined my day and embarrassed me in front of others.
If management has any respect for their customers and reputation, this guy should be fired immediately. Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful.

Ordered here around 7pm today. Got the 3 peace dark meat chicken combo, barely any fries in the bag and the smallest chicken drum I’ve ever seen in my life. Not to mention the chicken was overly greasy and the fries were soggy. Won’t be going back to this location.
Went to this kfc location last night and got taco bell and kfc big crunch box meal and it was amazing. defiantly recommended.
