Ordered a classic chicken sandwich with onion rings . No onion rings , so had to get fries. Fries were hot and fresh but everything was sooooo salty. Fries seasoning salty . Chicken tasted old and salty. Not great when you promo a new item and you're out . Drive through girl friendly. Food was disgusting couldn’t even finish it.

I ordered a Zinger combo late at night and brought it to work. The Zinger patty was absolutely rock hard. It was completely dry on the outside and inside. When I went to tear the patty to see what it looks like inside, it broke in half. There was no white meat to be found inside. It was all dry, yellow/brown meat inside. I didn't eat any of it, mainly because I was unable to.This was ordered at 3:50am on 3/11/24.

Ordered 80 dollars worth of food. Paid extra for extra sauces for the large pop corn chicken. Asked for honey mustard. Didn’t receive anything. The large gravy was absolutely DISGUSTING. It’s as if someone drank it, and regurgitated it back up into the bowl. I was scammed over 80 dollars for absolutely disgusting trash food. I would have rather let my stomach eat it self then have it try and digest this terrible putrid sorry excuse for food.

Drive-thru staff were very polite, gentleman who brought me my food was very nice...however, I waited in the front for what I thought was going to be fresh juicy chicken, and it was dry and stringy. I ordered the crunch box, and there was no sauce.All these fast food places need a quality control supervisor. Would they eat it?Need better standards. Temp the food to avoid over cooking or food poisoning

I ordered the 5 dollar chicken box that included 2 piece chicken, 1 popcorn chicken and fries. When i got home to eat my dinner both of the 2 piece chicken was raw, pink and almost cold. I live 45 mins away from this location and tried to call and tell them but no one answered the phone. Disappointed. Usually i dont have this problem and i would like to imagine this is an unacceptable standard.

The worst experience with KFC, the representative lied on me, I specifically asked before I order and she said there is FISH in the sandwich but after I ordered, at the fisrt bite it was chicken!!!! Never been so disappointed with KFC. This will be the last time we eat there. The chicken was definitely refried. Absolutely disgusting. So dry. They changed their gravy recipe. Quite a disappointment. They used to have the best gravy ever. Even the fries weren't that good. How's that even possible? Do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes. You won't regret it.

Went in this evening for a quick dinner before going to a show, ended up waiting half an hour after we ordered for our food, only to receive the wrong order entirely and leaving hungry. Workers said there was no manager in to help us, and nobody knew when they would be in.Despite customers waiting half an hour for their food, employees seem to have plenty of time to stand around chatting with off the clock out of uniform employees. At least it's a fun place to work.At least McDonald's got us our food at a reasonable time, just barely making it to the show.

I ordered the new nuggets meal thinking you can't go wrong with Original Recipe KFC. How wrong I was. The person working the front counter was inattentive and forgot that my order existed. He was however, more than willing to take 17 dollars for 10 tiny, overcooked and dry nuggets. The sign said it came with 2 dipping sauces (he only gave one). The restaurant was steady but not overly busy at the time of my order. I have always had good luck with this location but today wasn't one of those days. Very poor value for the money.
