I was waiting for my order at drive thru and there was two other cars in front of me for 30 minutes. I don't know why they hire lazy ass like this. I have also work experience in restaurants and hotels I know how much time it could take . I don't know what the management team is doing?

Horrible experience at the drive through. When you’ve only got a half hour for lunch and you sit in the drive through for twenty minutes. Couldn’t get out of line due to the curbs. Once I did get to the window I had to tell them to forget my order as I now didn’t have time to eat. Won’t be back!

The service and food is awful. Behavior and attitude of staff are horrible as always. They serve dried up and old chicken. Don't go there to waste your money. Go to Popeyes or Mary Browns instead

Chicken was like rubber, maybe they cooked long ago. I like KFC , but this location is horrible.
Garbage food. Never serving the fresh chickens. I come to know from the manager and the employees, they do not cook chicken after 9pm and serve the old cooked chicken for all the night long. Me and my kids had bad stomach for more over 5 times having chicken from this location. Worst KFC branch in the city. Avoid this location.

I was in drive through went for chicken popcorn, spoke to Sam who took the order and I told him fresh popcorn, and they came up in less than 1 min after I paid, I doubted that they are fresh and tried one popcorn which was cold and soggy. Asked him to get me fresh once’s he gave me a refund instead and was rude and arrogant!

They have a sign that says only 4.95 for popcorn chicken fill up. You go to buy it and they won’t sell it to you unless ii order it on the till or online. I went to another location that was drive thru open 24/7 and they let me order it at drive through.
