Very slow service
Waited for 30 minutes for pickup order.

They are so unprofessional. Their automated call system hasn’t been fixed in ages. Have to call so many times to get to somebody. On my recent two orders, the uber driver never even presses the buzz and never calls, I have to go and look for my order. I am so disappointed by what happened today that I am forced to write this review. My order was more than an hour late and no where to be found. Called this kfc and was told that they will check with the driver later as they are busy. I informed that my credit card was charged and my order is no where to be found, despite that no urgency was shown. It’s better to not use their app to order food as it’s useless. So basically I got no food and they took my money for free. Super upset!
New staff is horrible!!
Happened twice now, they don’t hesitate to sell expired food. The patty clearly is re fried & tastes only oil, missing lettuce in the burger !
The management needs to take care of the brand atleast !!

Worst KFC in the city. No knowledge of product , also fries were all soggy. Asked for dipping sauce with wings they didn’t give. No ice in fountain machine, . I don’t know but they don’t care for customers

Staff were friendly but how do you miss a large order of a side included in a meal bundle. Didn't think it was worth it to drive back just for a side as it was a one time pickup order. Next time if and when I order KFC I will do it on a third party food delivery service like Skip as there's an option to report a complaint on their app.

Got a chicken wrap from the value meal and they literal wrapped it by twisting the ends, which ended up making it look like a corn dog.. lol crazy. The chicken was also very soggy and tasted like old, no crunchiness what so ever.

Very bad and slow drive thru all the time. I don’t why they don’t hire more employees overnight. Always 4-5cars waits in drive thru.

Raw chicken sandwich. I took a huge bite out of it as i was starving and after going for my second bite i realized that the patty was RAW! I called the location and the manager Amy answered. She did not care at all that one of her customers ate raw chicken from their establishment, but instead insisted that the patties are deep fried so she’s not sure how they would be raw. Clearly disregarding this when i’m telling you that it’s raw is crazy! why would i lie!!! On top of that, she constantly reffered to me as sir even after me telling her im a woman multiple times. People that disregard the safety of others like this should not be in management positions. Amy says it’s not raw, you be the judge.

The night time staff is very slow had to wait almost 1 hour in the drive through just to receive my food kfc manager should really look into this

Worst customer service, was waiting in drive thru which should be very quick and on the top of it i ordered time ahead and they kept us waiting for 15 minutes in drive thru and ipon asking Manager got mad saying you can write whatever review on website i don’t care. Loosing business

does not deserve even a star! this store is a joke! ordered via app for delivery..food was not delivered..tracker stuck in ‘out for delivery’ status so i drove to the store to pickup my order. staff said they sent it for delivery and said their tracker showing its somewhere..manager said it was delivered. I was out the premises waiting for the kids on tournament for their food to be delivered and no one showed up! I was phoning but no one’s answering to see in store that it was not even busy. Phone is useless in this store!!!! Such a joke that i had to drive to the store for the order and filipino manager didnt even look sincere about his apologetic spiels. i demanded to be refunded cause this is so unacceptable! This store should close!!!!
If I could give this place a 0 , I would. The customer service was really bad. I ordered two separate meals, one of them being a Big Crunch combo. When I opened the sandwich up I was graced with the presence of NO LETTUCE and the chicken itself being more on the burnt side. When I mentioned this to the workers they just handed me more lettuce for me to put on my sandwich in a little cup. On top of that the fries that came with it was generously seasoned with salt to the point where that was all I tasted. My other meal was the pickle meal box that we checked when we got home only to have to throw away HALF of it because the fried pickles tasted like it had been waiting back there for a Millennium before it was handed to us. Honestly we were really hungry and wanted something to eat but after having these meals we regret even coming and feel like we’ve been cheated out of our money. Compared to other locations, it feels like this place gives out smaller portions and subpar service. PLUS the soda machine’s ice component was broken so the soda that was served was at room temperature and added salt to the wound. Honestly this experience has made us decide that we are NEVER going back ti this place and getting food. We were better off waiting to go home and make ourselves some decent meals.
