Why is the chicken so greasy? I stopped in to this location as I saw a billboard for two chicken wraps for $5 and thought it was a good deal. When I approached the counter and waited 5 minutes to be served, I asked them that I would like these wraps but they informed me that that was last month's deal. I then purchase their two pieces of chicken for $2.99 deal and once I received it I couldn't believe how greasy it was, have they changed something? It seems there was enough staff but the wait time was longer than I expected.

I will never eat here again. The value is absolutely horrible. Tiny little portions for an inflated price. Not to mention the food itself is disgusting. It will likely make you feel ill afterwards, too.

Extremely overpriced, service was poor (especially when the girl working the till was nearly impossible to understand) and the wait with no real rush was unfathomable. At least the tables were clean.Vegetarian options: Burrito’s & tacos were good but small portions compared to other places (especially when it was more expensive than other places).Parking: The walkway to the entrance was pure ice with no effort to apply ice melt or sand.
Last week, February 18th(Sun) 22:30 I ordered chicken and they said it would be 25 minutes for waiting. But I waited for 45minutes. And one of crew member made some mistakes, the waiting time was extended. Also, They fried it with so old chicken that we were worried every time we ate it!

I have been a long time loyal customer to this location.Despite the fact, that the food is mediocre and the wait times are horrendous.As much as I love Taco Bell & KFCI think I am calling it quits on this location.There seems to be no organization or care for the quality of food that goes out to customers.Whoever owns this location, has some restructuring to do in regards to food quality and expediting food in a timely manner.Every time you go through the drive-thru.. you are asked to park and that's when the fun begins. The lot is filled with cars waiting for their "fast food" and it turns out being anything but fast.My suggestion GO ELSEWHERE !!
