I ate here this evening and was greeted by the kindest manager ever: Zeba. She was so patient with me even when I was impatient. She instructed her green worker with respect as he was learning the ropes. The food I ate was juicy and actually good. The Pepsi was not flat and the store tables were clean. This is a well managed location.

As several other reviews have previously stated, I would give 0 stars, if it were possible. The online ordering was seamless, no complaints. Unfortunately, the order went through this particular restaurant. The order was received within 20 minutes. This would be admirable service for most businesses, but not when you are cooking chicken. I have had unpleasant experiences with KFC before but this seems to be a recurring theme with them. The chicken was raw. Not just pale, but raw. Assumed it was not cooked properly with the quick turnaround time. 15 tries later, still no one picking up the phone. Wanted the order picked up and returned with complete refund. Called the 1-800 number for customer complaints. The lady was genuinely apologetic, but said I had to go through the specific store where it was delivered from to have the situation rectified. I assume that is not going to happen, as no one seems to know how to answer a phone. The order will be tossed in the garbage where it belongs, as it is a biohazard. It is an infuriating waste of food. Avoid KFC, especially this particular restaurant if you would prefer not to get food poisoning. I am not hopeful I will receive any type of customer service from a manager or head office. At the very least, train your employees on how to cook chicken properly.

Just tried using a coupon at the drive through, just wanted a different side (was never asked, nor was the specificity of the side mentioned on the coupon) and got told the wrong information, corrected them and then got ignored by one of the people working until the 6th time I asked for a different side, to which I was greeted by an eye roll and an unhappy associate!
I love when people are confidently wrong and proceed to get checked on it. But hey, service was pretty fast.

It’s been a while since I’ve had KFC, and this experience really stood out. I was told there’d be a 20-minute wait for chicken fingers, but Oleksandor beat the time and delivered a perfect meal. I haven’t had such a great experience from KFC in a long time, thank you for the excellent service!

On Monday, Sept 22/25 went thru drive thru ordered 2 pc chicken only for $1.99 as advertised on their big outdoor sign. They said no longer honouring that & waiting for the sign to be taken down- would not give me the deal. There was no date or time limit on sign. Sign is good enticement to get you there but then have to pay more or waste your time driving thru to leave empty handed. Usually a good place but not that day!

I came here Thursday night August 28 and there was an East Indian working and a possibly Filipino working. I’m 15 weeks pregnant, and this is what I was served as a meal. I even waited over 5-10 minutes for my burger and this is what I got. I ate it on the way home and had to return to the store once I realized. I was offered a new sandwich, and had to demand my refund. They didn’t even let me keep the poutine, and made me return the poutine for refund too. They could’ve gave me a gift card or a free meal on top of my refund but whatever. Not impressed with the staff, seems they don’t know what they’re doing or handle customers.

What happened to the taco bell and kfc I used to know and love. The price is crazy for one. I can easily just go to a regular restaurant and not only wait just as long but pay just as much and have 10x better food. The quality has honestly gone down. There's something different about KFC chicken these days and everyone I ask agrees. Same with taco bell. Only the taco doesn't taste different like the chicken. It just lacks ingredients all around. They are the skimpiest tacos in the world 7/10 times and it doesn't matter which taco bell you go to.
Also it's true what everyone else says. When I went through this drive thru I had to repeat my order 3 times. I don't know what that is all about but it's sad. In addition they don't offer taco tuesday here even though the website says they do. I was charged 11.72$ for 3 beef tacos. It's supposed to be 2$ each.
Something has changed with this place over the years. I miss the old taco bell. I won't be going back to one again. Another childhood place once loved now lost.

Worst service humanly possible. The staff do not even know what they have on there menu and argue with you about what they have. The food is stale, cold and the first time i ordered they got everything wrong. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this store unless u like stale disgusting food that you order but still is wrong the second time. Rude staff to boot.....no wonder i havent ordered there in over a year and live 2 mins away. Stay away save you money

The food at KFC- Henderson was so good! We ordered Zinger Chicken Sandwich and we loved it! It was freshly cooked! We also enjoyed the savory Nacho Fries with cheese dip.Staff were friendly and welcoming especially Ms. Melinda. The place is cozy and clean. Service was excellent!
