Needed a quick dinner after working a double, preordered pick up at 515. Showed up and was genuinely greeted, food was ready to go. They boxed the fries fresh which tells me they care! Chicken was outstanding. 5 stars to the staff

It seems everytime my family comes here the lady at the front is very rude. I ordered my family's food and my mother went to get a bag to take home what was left and the lady gave her a hard time because she wasn't up there when I bought the food so she didn't want to give her a bag.

This location needs an overall change. Old building, not the cleanest , they advertise extra crispy chicken but rarely have it On any given day between 5-7 pm go into this place to see it almost empty then go over to Popeyes and it is packed , night and day atmosphere. St Mary's always makes mistakes on takeout orders Last time I was there on the Thursday, I ordered the 10 piece special extra crispy chicken but got 5 of each and 8 small drum sticks. I had enough of this place That was my last order there

I would like to share my frustrating experience with KFC, specifically regarding the in-store pickup service. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered issues. On four separate occasions, all with online orders picked up in-store, there have been missing items.

The lack of attention to detail and clear disorganization have been a constant problem. It’s disheartening to see that, despite placing and paying for the order correctly, there is always some essential item missing. This reflects a lack of care and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the team to improve accuracy and service. A restaurant with KFC's reputation should not be facing such recurring issues. I would appreciate it if you could review and streamline your processes to prevent future inconveniences.

The strips were DISGUSTING. They looked nothing like what is advertised. The fountain drink tasted like mold. I ate one strip, half the small fries and 1 sip of my drink, the rest went to the trash. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Never ordering from there again. Such a disappointment.
