Ordered two big crunch meals. Can definitely tell you the big crunch burgers were microwaved. The lettuce was non-existent all mush had to pick it off like slime. The bigger was hot but there is absolutely no crunch to it whatsoever. The bun was gross. This place is getting worse. Every time you go there I'm going to stop. And there seem to be a language barrier at the drive-thru even right out the window.

Didn't like service and the male cashier was in too much of a rush and didn't have a great personality. Probably won't eat there again, I take a KFC/Taco Bell over a standalone KFC any day

Food is great, service is great, the homeless people who sit there and stare at you while you eat isn't great. Had a homeless man sit at the table across from me and watch me eat my entire meal just now. Several times he asked if he could finish my food. The manager needs to start paying attention cause one of these days someone is going to get hurt. Kick the people out if they're not paying. Don't just walk to the back and ignore the situation.

I oredered delivery and chosed a small coleslaw as the side. but wow... i payed for this meal, at least fill the small side to the top, it was half full... thumbs down on portions

My experience at the takeout place was smooth and quick. The staff was friendly, and the order was ready right on time. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the hot wings Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Constantly messing up my simple 2 can dine 4 piece order. If im not missing popcorn chicken, im missing an individual fries. And waiting an extra 30 minutes for extra crispy chicken to boot. Only to come home and realize im missing something yet again. I honestly cant think of a simpler job than assembling a 2 can dine 4 piece order. How can they constantly screw up?

My order was taken 3 seperate times and still wrong, they forgot about my food when I was in the parking lot and there were flies landing on me when I was inside asking where my food was, they looked very understaffed but definitely didn't have a line up of people to take care of.
I order from here every Tuesday for the special, 2 pieces of chicken and small fries. Although the service used to be better it sure has gone down now. I now have to ask for everything extra that I need including napkins. I don't get even asked if I want ketchup and I'd expect napkins in the bag as the chicken is very greasy. So if you order food at this location make sure you ask for your napkins, ketchup and fork if you need one. They may not put it in the bag! Going further in a downward spiral!
