Customer service is not great at all - very rude and impolite. I had asked for them to use the price of the coupon I had on my phone in the KFC app, because the app was not working. They got really rude and told us that they would not help or apply the coupon. We have had a better experience before with other works when the app is not working. Very disappointing. We went to Regent KFC and they helped us with no questions asked. Payed in store as requested, where KFC on Plessis did not
