Considering how many fried chicken places have continued to expand into Winnipeg, it’s baffling how KFC has somehow sunken to such a poor level of service that the “OG” gets left in the dust by the newcomers. Their signature menu item - fried chicken on a walk in has never taken less than 30 minutes to get (on multiple, separate trips), service is non-existent and sorry to say English isn’t a priority at all. Somehow the drive thru manages to stay empty and door dashers can get out quick…Keep dreaming if you think you’re going to get anything but disappointment here. All wait times quoted are minimum 10-15 min short, and don’t expect an apology, these staff members do not care. Hopefully the gravy isn’t watery! Fingers crossed!

We find the Bridgwater location convenient. Easy to place order online. We had the special, buy 6 pieces of original chicken, get one free. Really good. Katie is wonderful, very pleasant.

In my two recent visits: all the fry chicken tastes like nothing, no flavour and very unpleasant to eat. It is probably that the morning shift staff made too many fried chicken and ask the afternoon staff to refry it, which violates the KFC policy. The staff has informed me that they never refry chicken. So complaint has been filled to KFC Canada, incase it is a supply chain issues that need further investigation. I will be coming back into the store to ask for results.

Had an absolutely terrible experience at this KFC. First, I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is already unacceptable. But the worst part? When I got home and took the bag out of my car, the entire order fell onto my driveway because the boxes and bag were so flimsy that they completely broke apart.
I called the store, and an employee confirmed my order number and promised to replace the full order of 9 pieces of chicken. But when I drove all the way back to the store, they suddenly changed their story and said they would only give me 2 pieces. This is outright dishonest and misleading. If they had told me the truth on the phone, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and gas driving back.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. If this is how they treat paying customers, I will never return to this location again. Avoid this place unless you want to be lied to and disrespected.

Do not go here. Had my first meal here last week and got food poisoning for the first time in my life. I've never been so sick. I got a small popcorn chicken meal. I was immediately sick afterwards with the shakes and nausea. I ended up sick for days afterwards and I still can't eat a full meal after 5 days of eating there. They can dispute that it wasn't them however it was the only meal I had that day so bit hard to dispute that.
