I had a great time at this KFC! Specifically, the chicken was served hot and fresh, and it was tasty and perfectly crispy. The staff was courteous and effective, and they made sure my order was properly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and it had a warm, inviting ambiance. The Pembina KFC is so nice. I haven’t liked KFC in a long time but the experience I had here changed my opinion enough that I felt I needed to write them a review. The staff are wonderful, helpful, friendly and very kind. The location is clean and you can tell the staff care about the restaurant and customers here which is refreshing as most places are all about being fast. I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu and couldn’t decide what to get, the manager could see that I was taking long to decide what to get and she chatted with me to help me decide what to order. 10/10 customer service. This location was quick with making my meal but you could tell it was all fresh and it was so tasty. I highly recommend this location, just the friendly staff alone are good enough reason to come here for a meal.
