Similar to most locations: we got served old, most likely day old food that looks tattered and has no breading. Even more concerning is the fact that the chicken pieces are severely undercooked. Aside from reporting this to related authorities, I advise every other prospective customers to not gamble with your safety and money. Do not be swayed by all the unsubstantiated fake reviews below

KFC in their box combo meals have eliminated the coleslaw and small dinner roll, server small sized chicken pieces than Popeyes and even downsized their fries. So now all you get are smaller chicken pieces, a tint fry and a drink for over $18. What a rip off!!!!
Ordered online over an hour in advance, got the notification my food was ready, got to the store and waiting roughly 15 extra minutes to get the food. horrible experience definitely deserves the 1 star.

Most of their good stuff are not served at night. I tried 3 piece chicken and it costed $12.53 after tax. When I brought it home, the drumsticks were tiny. I thought this was joke lol. And the chicken was super greasy. Also yeah the drumsticks were tiny and 2 out of 3 chicken pieces were drumsticks.
I have to let everyone know that there’s wayyyyyy better option for fried chicken near the kfc. Today I went with my usual local favourite place cause they were still open at 1am. Last time I went to kfc cuz this local place close earlier on sundays. It’s called Clubhouse pizza and chicken in south Osborne near Morley and Osborne. Just go up further from this kfc on pembia, go on jubilee bridge and go up to Osborne. It’s really close by driving. Clubhouse chicken was 5 pieces for 12.99 plus tax on uber eats. I did a pick up order. KFC 3 piece is more expensive on uber eats I’m pretty sure but on Sunday I did just drive thru order at kfc. Anyway the Clubhouse chicken was actually BIG 5 pieces, actually crispy unlike kfc, and soooo good. I wish I can let kfc corporate know so they improve. But I don’t think I will bother. hope the store sees my review tho and do better. Corporate greed gone too far.

Very disappointed, chicken was old and very greasy. Seemed to be sitting in a warmer a long time! The girl completely did not know the menu. I was looking for a bucket that included popcorn chicken. She said I had to order separately. After paying, I realized this was available to me. By then I would have to wait until they refunded everything to start over. Mgr was nice. But food.. not so much!!
