They deliver to our building and nobody claims it. So I call them and the person answering can't understand simple English. I call back hoping to reach someone else and nobody picks up. I call back at least 5 times. Wonderful customer attitude! Well done!

Went through drive-through. Ordered 2 spicy chicken chicken sandwiches. Pulled up and had to confirm my order again. Got my bag and left. Got home and found 2 zinger burgers instead. Not sure the staff understands that they have a chicken chicken sandwich. Always check your bags...

Juicest chicken EVER. I don't know if it was a one day thing but I got the extra crispy chicken and it was so flavorful right down to the meat and it wasn't too oily at all. Honestly it was the best chicken I've ever had in years.This location is nicer than the other location in the south + it has kiosks.Over the past month I've tried the Bridgwater location & the pembina south location and THIS location is the clear winner.To whoever cooked the chicken. If we can expect this level of quality everytime. I will go out of my way to go to this location exclusively.

I got the extra crispy chicken. Chicken was juicy and flavorful af. I'm not even joking. The best among all the other KFCs I've when to. Brought me back to when I was a child. When KFC was actually good. If they gave me a blind fold test with that chicken I had, I wouldn't even know it was from KFC.Fries could be seasoned a little more as the other locations do it better, but you can always ask for more seasoning on the side.I don't usually review, but when I do it's either extremely bad or good. And the chicken here is good.

I give the food of one star rating because the slider I ordered had way too much sauce on it. The Pepsi I ordered was completely flat. The service only gets one star because I use the machine and didn't talk to anybody. The atmosphere only gets one star because there was nobody in the restaurant at lunch time. LOL I guess this is why I rarely go to KFC was hoping to get the big crunch but at 10 bucks a sandwich it's just a rip off. Too bad because it's a tasty sandwich but not affordable unless it combined with a coupon or a special.

I ordered at UBER , these MF's that was working on December 12, 2023 around 11am -12noon was a bunch of lazy and liar people. I ordered 2 extra gravy. It is not there, and 1 side is missing. I called then they hung me up. What a nice attitude and service from these people.
