Called and placed an order of a 15 piece chicken meal. They said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. When we went to pick it up they didn’t have any order. The teller told my son that they didn’t make the order because we didn’t pay. This is terrible service. Such a shame all the fast food places are not worth the money!!

Specifically called them to make fresh chicken and they acknowledged it and said yes we will make you fresh batch, still they didn’t give me fresh chicken. The chicken was really hard—clearly it was sitting for at least few hours.

KFC on lakeshore blvd sucks. Batter on a 4 piece meal was still white. Fries were cold and now the charge extra if you want a keel instead of a wing. I used to work for KFC many years ago. Absolutely down hill from my days in the kitchen.

Every time we go there for food, even though the order was placed several minutes or even an hour earlier, it's as if they still need to slaughter the chicken, clean it, and fry it... The staff are lazy and irresponsible. It's the quietest branch in the whole country, and the employees are extremely lazy.
