Went to Sunday 1130restaurant dead ordered at kiosk ordered four Big Crunches one was a combo, get home cold fries Luke warm chicken sandwiches and what’s worse is only received three even tho I paid for four (we didn’t check cause we saw them make four) pathetic waiting ten minutes for Luke warm food when the restaurant is dead

I ordered a meal on the KFC app and it takes more than 30 minutes to get here, when I call the restaurant to ask about my order the person hangs up on me and then I wait some time to call again and the same person answers telling me no driver came to pick the order like I didn't pay for delivery and it still takes a longer time to get to me. By the way the KFC is a 5 minute drive from my house.

Pathetic place for ordering- seemed like ordering at a slow local restaurant and nothing like what you expect from KFC. Popeyes service is wayyyy better. I waited 10 minutes through drive through and still i had to come inside and the Philippine guy said wait. He was giving other peoples order and asked me to wait for same fried chicken pieces. Never going here at this location at least for sure.

the renovation looks so great and really makes it feel cleaner! i didnt come here often before but now i definitely will. food is good as always and the gentleman there was very kind and let me know that the order would take a few minutes for fresh fries and chicken(i worked at fast food so i also just know how it is)
Food was hot and delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very clean. I haven’t been to this location for a long time. I was very happy with everything today. I will definitely be back.

Called and placed an order of a 15 piece chicken meal. They said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. When we went to pick it up they didn’t have any order. The teller told my son that they didn’t make the order because we didn’t pay. This is terrible service. Such a shame all the fast food places are not worth the money!!
