3 stars for atmosphere cause we did door dash so can’t say anything. To that but service was over an hour late expected from original delivery time and cold fries and now me and my husband both sick today kids are fine that had other stuff pretty sure it’s the chicken as for my husband never gets sick and we both had it both being sick don’t order from here

Watered down gravy, drinks from the drink machine taste bad like it hasn’t been cleaned it in a while. Colour of the breaded chicken looks like they didn’t use all the recipe of spices, but the quality of the chicken was really good- juicy and fresh. They didn’t give us any napkins or ketchup for dine in. It’s obvious they are cutting lots of corners. And there is no Taco Bell inside anymore.

My heart has been broken time and time again by this KFC. I have visited this KFC three times in the past month and have left deeply disappointed every time. The chicken was lukewarm at best, this was only after a few minutes of receiving it from the restaurant. The batter was not crispy and largely tasted of used canola oil. The fries were equally gross. On my most recent trip I found the food to be borderline inedible. I managed to pick a little bit of the seasoning free chicken off the bone for my dog who did enjoy it. The rest of the meal went in the trash.On the positive side the staff has been very friendly and professional on each of my visits. Additionaly the fountain soft drinks have been consistently good.

THIS LOCATION SUCK ONE TIME MY FAMILY GOT 6 PEICE BUCKET LARGE FIRES LARGE GRAVY THE FRIES WERE SOGGY AND FLAVORLESS THE GRAVY WAS JUST FLOUR AND WATER MIXED TOGETHER AND THE CHICKEN WAS FLAVORLESS AND I RUSHED TO THE BATHROOM RIGHT AFTER AND WE HAD TO WAIT 30 FREAKING MINUTES FOR OUR ORDER AND THE FOUNTAIN DRINK WAS WARM AND THE PLACE IS DIRTY SO IF YOU WANT KFC I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND SKIPPING THIS LOCATION GO TO POPEYES THEY HAVE BETTER CHICKEN BETTER SERVIES AND BETTER PRICES ALSO WHY THE HELL DID THEY CLOSE DOWN THE TACO BELL NEXT TO IT

After a shift at wendy's, I went over to KFC while still wearing my outfit since my aunt wanted to try their new fries. I then jokingly asked for the employee discount. The lady at the till then. Explain to me how their employee discount system works (They use cards) She then gave me the discount anyways. 10/10 They clearly understand humor. Also, after walking 10 blocks in the rain, their fries still tasted amazing.

I haven't had a Big Crunch in years. This was a complete disappointment.
We went through the drive-through at 9:00PM, we had asked for all dark meat but the selection was just wings and legs so we had to adjust our order. Also waiting 10 minutes for chicken tenders which were not cooked well. The breading was still doughy.

Famous chicken sandwich was rubbery, not crispy. Fries were of the consistency as if they were microwaved and the pepsi tasted more like brown mountain dew for some reason. Worst thing is that this is the 2nd time I've given them my business since taco bell Wes removed. Thought maybe the previous disappointment was just a fluke. Wont make that mistake again

I give it five stars even though it’s kind of an older KFC and the inside is kind of run down but at least it’s clean and the people here were really nice and really looked after me and the chicken and fries looks great and tastes great so a five star it is

When a costumer makes a request, there is no need for the cashier's negatively charged and unnessarily commented attitude. Instead say, "I'm sorry we cannot do that for you". Costumers shouldn't have to teach you your job!

Had the Extra Crispy Chicken, why isn't this regular on the menu?. It is so much more flavorful, moist and nice crispy coating it is leaps and bounds better than original Chicken ?.Time to ditch the original and make extra crispy permanent , even add a spicy version.
