I went through the the drive thru on Tues and ordered the mighty box for 2 and it was HORRIBLE. The chicken was under cooked and the breading was doughy and under cooked! It was white?? The fries were over cooked dark and hard. I would avoid this location. I felt uncomfortable to go back to return my order as in the past they became very mean and aggressive.

Rude workers, I asked to remove an item and I was told no because they already entered it. Very lazy.
These “new” canadian workers are ruining all my old favorite restaurants. I think you know what I’m referring to. Quality and taste of food has tanked these past couple years.
I would stay away from this restaurant and these kind of workers for the rest of my life, treat them like the plague! unless things change (the workers).

Your Zinger box sucks! Chicken burger itself was burned! Fries are not fresh.. Soggy & cold! Popcorn chicken was hard and dry! Gravy is tasteless, like water! & no drink? What happened to the wings that go with the zinger box combo? The only thing good was the macaroni salad. KFC do better!

Terrible service. Placed an online order and had to call 3 times to find out where my food was. They have no In house driver. Waited 67 minutes to find out I wasn’t getting my food. That’s why I go to competition for better service. Won’t be a repeat customer any time Soon !!!!! Why advertise on coupons for delivery when they don’t even have delivery service. Then I have to wait for refund 3-5 days. Joke
