Terrible service. Placed an online order and had to call 3 times to find out where my food was. They have no In house driver. Waited 67 minutes to find out I wasn’t getting my food. That’s why I go to competition for better service. Won’t be a repeat customer any time Soon !!!!! Why advertise on coupons for delivery when they don’t even have delivery service. Then I have to wait for refund 3-5 days. Joke

Ordered food to go at 8pm. Finally walked out of there at 9:30pm. I’ve never been to a restaurant that had worse service than that. It wasn’t even busy there. 3 workers trying to do it all. Will never be back to this location

Normally a pretty decent location. I'm currently sitting in their lobby, after paying over half hour ago. A simple chicken sandwich combo. Along with many others . All of which ordered through their kiosks. They're serving walk up customers and handing out their orders right away.Theae aren't online pick ups, just people paying for orders at the window. Many of us have waited a very long time for pretty small meals. No explanation or than you for waiting. Seems to have five people working. I've had food arrive quicker at large group sit down restaurants. Not impressed.

Very disappointed with the staff at this store I am surprised that they've even got a 3-star rating. They were very unhelpful and I would never return to that location again. Very disappointed with the quality of food. When entering my order it would not allow me to add gravy for $1.50 the staff was completely unhelpful. I do not recommend this location!!!!!!!!!!

Great food today the cook did very good. They mixed up the order an got some stuff wrong but we're able to replace what was wrong. Will be coming back again.

Dark meat pieces and fries were each barely warm. That's a first in our experiences at this chain.
You had one job and we would've gladly waited longer in order to be served hot and fresh food. It's a bare minimum requirement in food service.
