Last two experiences here were not great. Ran out of chicken sliders and snack wrap tenders around midnight. Went again today at 11:43pm and was told I need to wait 5-7 minutes to pay as they were updating the system to the next day... Feels like meaningless delays that could be easily avoided.

We visited this location just now and were honestly shocked by the attitude of the staff. They were openly hostile, ignored questions, and behaved in a way that felt deliberately dismissive. The overall impression was that customers are not welcome and are expected to leave as quickly as possible.
We were the only people in the restaurant, which is not surprising given the level of service. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and the customer service was simply unacceptable.
We will not be returning. Not recommended.

Don’t buy KFC Chicken from this location 1275 Portage Avenue Winnipeg Manitoba they are giving customers old chicken and sour gravy. 3 people got food poison from this location. When I called after all of us getting out of hospital the manager was rude and hung up on me.

Experience at restaurant was very bad as restaurant Manager (Harpreet's) behavior was not acceptable at all. She was showing rude attitude while talking on the drive through and keep arguing about the things that never ask on the drive through window. Asking to go back and come again. 👎👎👎👎👎 that's totally rude behavior. She needs more Moral and communication skills as representing store. If any other senior or management read it please take a suitable action as the conversation was really bad if you listen recording. And she don't know the value of customer for store. Thanks.
I went through the the drive thru on Tues and ordered the mighty box for 2 and it was HORRIBLE. The chicken was under cooked and the breading was doughy and under cooked! It was white?? The fries were over cooked dark and hard. I would avoid this location. I felt uncomfortable to go back to return my order as in the past they became very mean and aggressive.
Disappointed with the behaviour of the drive through girl. She was kind of rude and looks frustrated. Never came again.

Worst tasting food ever, chicken was bland and it no longer tastes like the old KFC recipe from many years ago. Wouldn’t feed this garbage to my dog.
Rude workers, I asked to remove an item and I was told no because they already entered it. Very lazy.
These “new” canadian workers are ruining all my old favorite restaurants. I think you know what I’m referring to. Quality and taste of food has tanked these past couple years.
I would stay away from this restaurant and these kind of workers for the rest of my life, treat them like the plague! unless things change (the workers).
