Did not get today what I ordered. Went back to let them know, but I got a short answer, that's all. And they didn't even take my other food order. I had to go to a different place to order more food. I'm not recommending this store!

Wow KFC has gone downhill…. So I go on a Tuesday afternoon not busy, a newbie caucasian worker with a new sign on his shirt is having a conversation with a older woman customer or relative on the side after..so he attends to me after like almost a minute meanwhile the older lady wouldn’t stop staring…..I order and pay and he gives me the receipt okay …so he GOES back to the lady and carries on the conversation he’s like going on and on about Ukraine…. After 5/6 mins Im like dude I have work after, is anyone gonna give me my food or what? He goes to the back and calls his asian coworker she’s puzzled and comes to prepare the order …. And after there relationship with taco-bell fell apart they don’t got hot sauce….. how can you be a fast fried chicken place and not have hot sauce? I can’t eat bland chicken…. And when I got home the damn chicken and popcorn chicken are all under cooked I was so pissed i threw everything out.. just sharing my experience here, go up the street and spend the extra few dollars and get Popeyes.

I dont know how my order of 3 items took way longer than people after me who ordered huuge amounts of food. On top of that my order was missing items.
Went there it wasn't busy... But the punjab girls still decided to finish their conversation before deciding to take my order. Grab a 2L Pepsi and put it on the counter thinking they were smart enough to see it guess I was wrong and made me pay for it after I already paid once, and then tried to give me incomplete order and not the sauces I have asked for. As a former manager at this location the entire staff at this store needs to be retrained on costumer service.
