Very disappointed in the quality, chicken was overcooked and dry as tho it had been out under a heat lamp for who knows how long or refried. The bucket had a puddle of grease at the bottom. Our fries were not crunchy what so ever just all soggy. Everything was just cold even tho it was all deliverd in a timely mannor. called and the woman who answered really didnt care she acted as tho i was inconvenienceing her and offerd no customer service. Will not be a returning customer again.

Order from this location of KFC atleast once a month because it's convenient and my kids love it. The taste of the chicken strips is delicious, but the chicken thighs and legs are always soggy and dripping in grease - so much so the box usually gets punctured upon pulling out of the bag. The most annoying and consistent thing is, everytime I order, without fail, SOMETHING is missing, and it's usually the popcorn chicken. This has happen the last FOUR orders I have placed. Try calling the restaurant multiple times and they don't answer. Fill out the survey on the receipt, and they still don't respond to you. They don't care to make things right, and are obviously in a rush to get the food out the door that they barely strain their fried chicken. Gross.

I ordered KFC from 1100 St. Mary’s Road in Winnipeg on October 5. I ordered the meal for two which consisted of chicken pieces popcorn chicken french fries. The pieces of chicken were edible, but the popcorn chicken must’ve been sitting in their tray forever. They were hard like marbles, the french fries are obviously old too as they were all shrivelled up cold and dry. I left a review on their webpage. No one got back to me. I left another review on their webpage, no one got back to me. I spoke to somebody at the Saint vital centre location and he said he would get somebody to call me from the 1100 Saint Marys Rd location. But no one has. So I’m very disappointed in the food and in the Customer Service because they obviously don’t care about what customers think of their restaurant.
