My son went to pick up some dinner for the family only to notice his popcorn chicken poutine wasn't in the bag after getting home. I called and the employee who answered the phone was so hassle free, I was shocked. He immediately apologized and had the missing item delivered within probably 15 minutes. Very impressed ????

We walked into store around 845pm on Saturday, store was empty, place was filthy. We spent $60 on a family meal. We were told that the fries would take longer to cook than chicken (?!?!)..made mistake to not check contents of bag..get home, no sides, no popcorn chicken and the fries are soggy! The chicken was disgusting! Like it has been sitting for hours. Not to mention the store bathroom, which was so gross I opted to wait til we got home! Overall, this is one of the most disgusting fast food stores I've ever been in! Avoid this location at all costs! I'm surprised we didnt get sick from this place! Didn't even taste like KFC..more like day old 7/11 chicken.

Rotten coleslaw .upon calling and reporting the issue we were treated very rudely . The girl even hung up on us. Once getting ahold of the manager he argued with me . I felt like I was talking to a teenager but this was clearly a middle aged man. DO NOT GO

Just had a horrible experience with this restaurant. Missing items on the order, and they refused to send them. Terrible customer service. They ended my chat after offering me 3 dollars. Never order from this location St. Mary's.
