This is the second time I’ve had my order messed up here the place is extremely busy and all they care about is the drive thru the guy punched my order in wrong and instead of fixing it he told me he didn’t punch it in and gave me the food I didn’t want back as I go to talk to him for a second time I get ignored. Hire some new employees that know what they are doing. The inside is always dirty no tables whipped down and you’re constantly waiting 45 mins for something so simple

Was great, great service. But I felt terrible for the poor girl that got yelled at by another customer over cheese costing an extra 2 dollars.....she doesn't set the price and makes minimum wage. So not nice. I wish people were kinder.

Made the mistake of ordering online. I arrived and waited for my order for a long time while others ordered in-store & received their orders. They have an area to pick up online orders however they don’t seem to use it but rather store them way in the back of the restaurant without notifying people that their orders are ready.

Horrible experience at this location. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting to even order! Get to order only for them to tell me they're out of the extra crispy chicken. For a location that closes at 2AM they're out of the Crispy Chicken at 7 PM?!. What a horrible experience never coming back here again.

Ordered two “meal for 2”s with the 4 pc tenders, 2 popcorn chickens, and 2 fries for a total of 8 tenders, 4 popcorn chickens and 4 fries but TELL ME WHY I only received 6 tenders that were hard as rock and dry as sand (some of which look like 1 tender ripped in half)? Paid full price and waited 20 minutes too. Unbelievable.
