I got food poisoning from here on September 10, 2024. I ate the mac and cheese chicken burger and fries. It was an awful two days. Likely the mac and cheese because I think salmonella would have lasted longer.

Service was very good. Too bad the food wasn't. I remember when each bite of KFC chicken used to sing with the bold, recognizable flavour. Today, I paid almost $16 plus tax for 2 small pieces of chicken, a small container of fries I could have probably stuffed all in my mouth at once with little or no effort, and a regular soda. (Basically what used to be a "Tooney Tuesday" meal plus a soft drink for almost $16 plus tax.) And what was worse was that the once famous original flavour was almost not recognizable. The herbs and spices may be the same, but either at far less proportions plus more flour, or the chicken is barely coated. For the ridiculously inflated price, I'd at least like to taste the REAL original chicken, not just a shadow of what it used to be. KFC is no longer on the menu for me.

Bad customer service. Asian lady with sunglasses on was very rude. I was waiting at front to order. Everybody is just doing whatever they were doing.I ask asian lady to take my order.She gives me an eye roll. Lady if you don’t want to help why to get paid stay home.Not coming back again .

Huge shout out to Trace! He was working the front counter and he helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. While I was waiting for my order,( they were a little backed up,, ) I saw him assist pre teen boys and then a little old lady with equal care and consideration. I was impressed when he helped the elder in particular, she seemed to be on a tight budget and he worked with her to find the right order combination to get her everything she wanted. That was really nice and people like that are really hard to find. Good job Trace!

This must have been an off day or something at this location. We waited for 30minutes before we questioned the staff about our food. Only to find out that someone had taken our food off the counter without them knowing it was us apparently.
We waited another 10minutes to get out food. The food was made correctly and with some notable care. So it was good.
We felt that the amount of time waiting and for the confusion of the staff we would have received some coupon for a free small fries or something. Free meal? A drink? Some of those cinna stixx.
We came willingly wanting to spend 20 bucks a meal so it's not about the money or a free meal. It's more about the company recognition of 2 people that never got served a meal for almost 45minutes in your restraunt.
We were very disappointed with the wait, however the staff seemed equally traumatized by my displeasure and inadequacies I verbally stated in the restraunt. Stating that this is unacceptable for any establishment. I could sense the uneasy feeling of guilt and panic as they attempted to get our food prepped. I don't blame the staff 100%. It's 80% the fault of the jerk customer who probably knew it was our food but took it anyway.
After careful consideration I decided to write a full review.
Solution: staff giving food to customers need to verify their receipt number coinciding with the food being given. Not throwing bags of food at customers that have been waiting for food for 15 minutes because yall are in a panic to keep up due to likely understaffed which I get. CALL OUT ORDER# AND VARIFY CUSTOMER ORDER RECEIPTS BEFORE GIVING THEM THE FOOD. Almost everywhere else does this. Why my food was given away by mistake should never have happened.

Seen a taller fairer skinned man dressed like a manager wipe his nose with his hand and go back to preparing food. There was also a homeless guy sleeping in a booth.

During my recent visit here (Apr 23rd 530pm) , I encountered several concerning incidents that I feel compelled to share. The behavior of the staff, particularly one lady that working at the front with fake lashes, left much to be desired.What truly shocked me was witnessing her interaction with a family who seemed to be struggling with English as their second language. Instead of offering patience and understanding, she spoke to them condescendingly, as if they were children, and even displayed attitudes towards them. It was disheartening to see such disrespectful behavior towards customers who were simply trying to enjoy a meal.Also, I observed her handling food in the kitchen without washing her hands after dealing with cash. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable and downright disgusting, especially in a food establishment where cleanliness should be a top priority.Overall, my experience was tarnished by the unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by the staff, particularly the lady with fake lashes. I hope that management takes swift action to address these issues and improve the quality of service at the restaurant.
Barely any content in the tacos, missing ingredients on fries supreme, served on a dirty tray, indifferent attitude when going up multiple times for missing items. Will never return.

I dunno what is happening to KFC these days. They have definitely changes their recipe and cook quality.This specific restaurant is just brutal. It's always absolutely filthy, tables are dirty, floors are dirty. The food is warm, but made sloppy. This last time I went one of the girls working was mad at the drive thru guy and they were just yelling at each other so loud. The person at the till just stares at me blankly aftery order was completed. The food took forever, and this is the second time I a row that they e somehow forgotten about my order and/or given it to someone else... They used to use the numbers on the receipts...I dunno, I'd avoid this specific one at all costs, the KFC closer to polo park is way better across the board. Maybe it's the management.
