This is the second time I’ve had my order messed up here the place is extremely busy and all they care about is the drive thru the guy punched my order in wrong and instead of fixing it he told me he didn’t punch it in and gave me the food I didn’t want back as I go to talk to him for a second time I get ignored. Hire some new employees that know what they are doing. The inside is always dirty no tables whipped down and you’re constantly waiting 45 mins for something so simple
I should have gone to Wendy's. Don't get me wrong I love Taco Bell. This time yhe food wasn't par with the price

Was great, great service. But I felt terrible for the poor girl that got yelled at by another customer over cheese costing an extra 2 dollars.....she doesn't set the price and makes minimum wage. So not nice. I wish people were kinder.

Made the mistake of ordering online. I arrived and waited for my order for a long time while others ordered in-store & received their orders. They have an area to pick up online orders however they don’t seem to use it but rather store them way in the back of the restaurant without notifying people that their orders are ready.

Horrible experience at this location. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting to even order! Get to order only for them to tell me they're out of the extra crispy chicken. For a location that closes at 2AM they're out of the Crispy Chicken at 7 PM?!. What a horrible experience never coming back here again.

Ordered two “meal for 2”s with the 4 pc tenders, 2 popcorn chickens, and 2 fries for a total of 8 tenders, 4 popcorn chickens and 4 fries but TELL ME WHY I only received 6 tenders that were hard as rock and dry as sand (some of which look like 1 tender ripped in half)? Paid full price and waited 20 minutes too. Unbelievable.
First experience and very disappointed, I placed my order online with all the necessary information and I even specified that the delivery person would call me as soon as he arrived, but I never received a phone call. 1 hour later I called management back explaining that I had not received anything, they said that my package had already been delivered, then they told me that it had been returned and that they would deliver it again in 15 minutes. I waited outside for those 15 minutes but I still have not received my order. I called management again to make them understand the situation, they told me that they had already delivered for the second time yet I never received my order or a call. Then they told me that they would call me back later, so far nothing.
