On my previous visit, they said I would have to wait 25 minutes for the crispy crust, but this time they said they don't carry crispy crust. When my son requested to cancel, the staff discussed it and came back 4 minutes later and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. I agreed because I thought it would be better than going to another location. I ate 7 of the 18 pieces and took the rest home. This was because some of the batter wasn't cooked well. I couldn't open all the pieces, so I decided to cook them at home and eat them.And the french fries had quite a few rotten and green parts. Doesn't KFC know that you shouldn't eat rotten or green parts of potatoes? I came home and put 3 pieces of chicken in the air fryer and cooked them again. I was shocked. There was so much oil on the bottom. I poured the brown oil into a measuring cup and it came out to 67ml. I know that fast food has some risks and I am willing to take it. But they didn't seem to follow the basics of raising the temperature at the end of cooking, taking the chicken out, and shaking off the oil before serving it to the customer. I've been to this location 4 times in the last 14 months. I will never go back. And 2 out of the 4 times, I exchanged the coleslaw for a different product because it tasted bitter. It made me think that KFC is not managing food quality well and the owner is not managing his employees well.

I ordered the 5 wing for lunch & honey mustard. I was told it will take 8 minutes. I went back to the counter only to see my order was sitting on the counter. There was no honey mustard. I went back to the counter & asked him where is the honey mustard. He forgot it & he put one on the counter he asked for another 50 cents. I have never seen any restaurant charge for condiments such as ketchup,mustard,butter, etc. A rip off & will never go back ever again.

The service was friendly and polite. Ordered 2 of their chicken wraps at supper time, when you would assume the food would be fresh. The chicken was barely warm and tasted like it had been cooked and left sitting quite a while ago. The lettuce or coleslaw on the wrap had a funny taste. Lucky we didn’t get sick only had a mild stomachache. Would never return here if this is the quality of food they serve.
