We ordered two large poutines and two Big Crunch sandwiches. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty — definitely enough for two people. The lady at the front counter was friendly and communicated well, which made the experience even better. We paid almost $45, and overall, it was worth it.

I bought a large chicken popcorn and after eating a few pieces realized it was extremely oily. I went back and told the staff, but they didn’t take it seriously and just said no one else complained and “it is what it is.” That response honestly ruined my mood. Later they offered me a small popcorn, but the attitude was uncomfortable and unfriendly. The food issue was one thing, but the way it was handled made the experience worse.

Saddest chicken ever. For here and turned out to go, Lady at the till don’t talk much but merely order for you. Said that it takes 15 mins and two second later said that they actually have the item.
I’ve attached two photos of same item I ordered (aside from an extra fries) respectively at this location and at Southgate Mall in Edmonton. You guys tell me how you’d think.

On my previous visit, they said I would have to wait 25 minutes for the crispy crust, but this time they said they don't carry crispy crust. When my son requested to cancel, the staff discussed it and came back 4 minutes later and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. I agreed because I thought it would be better than going to another location. I ate 7 of the 18 pieces and took the rest home. This was because some of the batter wasn't cooked well. I couldn't open all the pieces, so I decided to cook them at home and eat them.And the french fries had quite a few rotten and green parts. Doesn't KFC know that you shouldn't eat rotten or green parts of potatoes? I came home and put 3 pieces of chicken in the air fryer and cooked them again. I was shocked. There was so much oil on the bottom. I poured the brown oil into a measuring cup and it came out to 67ml. I know that fast food has some risks and I am willing to take it. But they didn't seem to follow the basics of raising the temperature at the end of cooking, taking the chicken out, and shaking off the oil before serving it to the customer. I've been to this location 4 times in the last 14 months. I will never go back. And 2 out of the 4 times, I exchanged the coleslaw for a different product because it tasted bitter. It made me think that KFC is not managing food quality well and the owner is not managing his employees well.
