My experiences at this KFC branch have been consistently disappointing. The fries are frequently served cold, especially through the drive-thru, which raises concerns about overall food quality. Basic items like napkins are also often missing unless specifically requested, which should not be the standard. Customer service could benefit from improvement as well. In a diverse community, communication should remain courteous and professional. Responses like “huh?” can come across as dismissive; a more polite and respectful approach would make a significant difference. I hope to see meaningful improvements in both service and quality moving forward.

Food was ok. Chicken was cooked, but it was dry a bit and also French fries were not crispy and didn’t have the good seasoning they put on it. Was not very happy this time. Normally they are ok, would say 4/5 but the last time I am not sure what happened there. If you order in store it takes long time. They never seem to have dipping sauces

Super bad quality, they literally made me wait 30mins in the drive thru just to receive a wrong order. Couldn’t even complain cause then would have to get again in a 30min long line

This location is very inconsistent with quality. At my latest visit went through the drive-through. Had a coupon for a bucket of 20 pieces of chicken which I ordered. The chicken supplied looked old and dried out (refried?). We couldn’t even eat some of the pieces, it was that bad. To top it off, see the picture of the tiny drumsticks provided and there were at least 4 of them in the bucket. Not a value in my opinion, even with a coupon. Not going back, there are plenty of other chicken restaurants nearby to spend my money on with better quality food.

I decided to have a late “chicken” supper, and I went to this KFC branch. Store is clean and the ambience is welcoming. A lady greeted me with a smile as i came in, took my order and after 5 mins i was being served. Chicken is hot and tasty, breaded the colonel way. Some branch is not alike with this I noticed that. Chicken is cooked in the inside, no hematoma nor bloody. Kudos to the Team and manager in charge today.
Very good experience and restaurant has a large dining area which is very spacious. I liked the cleanliness of the place.

Just ordered food (popcorn bucket) from uber and they added half of it with stale or overcooked food and half with fresh …looks like they be trying not to waste food but compromising quality with customers. Such a shame
