A small, cute shop with a moderate sized, straight forward drinks menu. Service was efficient. You can ask to adjust the ice and sweetness level. Which is a good thing. My drink reduced to 75% sweetness was still pretty sweet. Toppings like jelly or pearls are an added cost. The cup is made of a sturdy plastic with a foil seal as the lid. There's were a handful of seats and small parking lot out front. I'd come back and try some other drinks.

This is the place you go to when you want boba but more. My mom’s not big on Boba but when it comes to Khab Tapioca it’s her favourite. Get something from here at-least once every week. The top 2 flavours have to be “yah yah matcha” and the piña colada.

I visited Khab Tapioca Shop today and tried their taro milk tea with extra boba — it was absolutely delicious! The taro flavor was rich and creamy, and the boba was perfectly chewy and fresh. The drink had just the right amount of sweetness and was super refreshing. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend for any bubble tea lovers!

Have never had a bad experience at Khab Tapioca. Their Green 2 Pink iced matcha latte is one of the best matcha drinks I’ve ever tasted. The strawberries are so delicious with the matcha. Even when the shop is busy the staff work very hard to complete our orders and quickly as possible. The parking lot is small and fairly bumpy, but there is parking available in front of the shop. The shop itself is decorated super cute and has is a great area for a cute photo op with your friends and your drinks.
Love this place so much, I highly recommend the Taro milk tea

Well, our Family now has an addiction. Honestly, never had one drink we didn’t like. All sooo good! They keep us coming back and now we tell all of our Friends to go. Best in the neighbourhood for sure!
