My favourite bubble tea in Winnipeg. Highly recommend their fresh teas. Pembina location consistently delivers a nice balance of flavour, tannin and freshness. Add some toppings without sugar and it’s a great balance. My favourite is either of the oolongs with grass jelly and konjac. Also, try everything. Basically can’t go wrong.
