My favourite bubble tea in Winnipeg. Highly recommend their fresh teas. Pembina location consistently delivers a nice balance of flavour, tannin and freshness. Add some toppings without sugar and it’s a great balance. My favourite is either of the oolongs with grass jelly and konjac. Also, try everything. Basically can’t go wrong.
My husband and I love it here. I get the Uji matcha smoothie 💚 and it’s so good. The decor is cute, the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. It’s always steady with customers so I can tell it’s an area favorite.
A small, cute shop with a moderate sized, straight forward drinks menu. Service was efficient. You can ask to adjust the ice and sweetness level. Which is a good thing. My drink reduced to 75% sweetness was still pretty sweet. Toppings like jelly or pearls are an added cost. The cup is made of a sturdy plastic with a foil seal as the lid. There's were a handful of seats and small parking lot out front. I'd come back and try some other drinks.
