Kim Chi - Korean Delight

This group is the nicest and most accommodating crew out there seriously. I work downstairs and eat here pretty much every week. The other time this lady grabbed my to go order despite the order being called out as she was distracted on her phone (like so many people) and somehow still tries to blame the staff. Yet they still politely dealt with her and direct her to her own order. But what raises the bar for me is despite not being their fault, they apologized to me and refused to give me the previous dish and said they will make me a new one even though the lady only made contact with the outside of the to go container of the previous dish.

So dissatisfied with the service. I ordered kalbi mix. They gave my order to somebody else. I needed to wait again. The worst that they did, The chicken kalbi order that's sitting in there for quite some time now, they just added the beef kalbi and that's the one they gave me. The chicken is so hard and so dry now. Nobody is even attending to my order until I talked to a crew in there. Not even a simple apology was said. I'm so frustrated with their customer service when handling issues and complaints. The food that I got is not worth the money that I paid. I buy, pay with the price indicated knowing I receive the best food that I deserve. But it did not happen in this place - Kimchi at Polo Park

By far the best restaurant in Polo Park. Everything is prepared infront of you and the food is delicious. Customer service is absolutely outstanding; I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who visits Polo Park!

Just stay away from there new kbap beef bulgogi meal. It had the saltiest beef. I tried to eat it but it tasted like a cup of salt was used to cook it. You are safe if you order their regular menu. Just not the KBAP beef.

Tbh my baby daddy goes here to eat and his reaction to the meals there are very delicious and he gives the restaurant five stars as for their kindness of serving great people hehe

I ordered the Kabli chicken—though it was well‑cooked and coated in a Korean‑style sauce, the sharp odor made it seem like the chicken was old or spoiled. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is definitely long overdue. I've been going to this Kimchi location for probably almost 10 years now. I bowl in the basement of polo and my dad and I would always go and get lunch after and this was our place of choice. As I've gotten older, I often go alone. The staff is super friendly, always have been, and I adore them wholeheartedly. My order can be a little annoying (I'm the 7a with no corn and extra spicy!!!) but the staff is kind regardless-- so much so it's to the point where when I order online for pickup, even though I can't request no corn, they still often prepare it without it without me saying anything. They're all truly gems and I appreciate everyone there for feeding my addiction over the years haha!!
