Wish they are open for take out during these Covid times. This is our "go to" restaurant for Dim Sum or Dinner with family or to entertain out of town guests. Delicous food, friendly service in a clean and modern atmosphere. What more can you ask for?
We went for dim sum and saw all the cars pulling into this restaurant instead of the one next door. 10 dim sum dishes cost us $41 AND it was delicious! The menu was all in Chinese as well
BUYER BEWARE TO BE AVOIDED !! On Mach 01 2020 We attended a function at this restaurant with 100 people in attendance. Approximately 30 of the guests ended up extremely ILL within a 12 HR time period. some guests ended up in the hospital with extreme vomiting and diarrhea. I noticed the fish was old and over cooked and the pork dumplings (shui mai) also had an off taste which I believe was there old freezer burnt ground pork. Needless to say I spat it out. The other dishes such as the fried rice , chow mein, and sweet and sour pork etc were all mediocre.Further more the washrooms were not clean at all. Shame on this restaurant for making the guests sick, taking the hosts money and not providing a quality service. Complete garbage !
Attended a function on March 1st, 2020 into the evening. They food tasted weird to me right from the start which I mentioned to my husband so I only ate a minimal amount unlike a lot of other family members. So many of us got really sick and had it coming out both ends by Monday and a couple people even ended up going to the hospital.Maybe think twice before eating here because something isn’t right and is making people very sick. Not good Not good maybe health inspector needs to check them out or something
Service is always quick and friendly here. Many staff are new to Canada from China and struggle a bit with English, so be prepared to be patient if you have special dietary needs. They'll be thorough and check carefully to make sure they get it right, but it can take a few extra minutes! Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, close to concert hall, theatres, and arts district.
We attended a function being held there and most of the guests got sick including my kids and I. We didn’t eat much either cause the food didn’t taste the greatest. Don’t eat there unless you want food poisoning.
Good option for fast and easy lunch. Buffet is hot and they have consistent, typical options. The chicken wings in particular are really savory and crispy. The price makes sense for the variety of menu items and level of service – which I find varies each visit. No big deal, it’s a buffet - we all know the drill. There is also a parking lot, and where the restaurant is centrally located, it’s an easy choice for a quick lunch if you work downtown. I am only giving four stars because there could be more cutlery and napkins made readily available.
One of my family's favorite restaurants. Good food and nice staff. One server always remembers I love pineapple buns
An excellent Chinese Food restaurant with a great menu selection. A solid North American Chinese menu along with a great Dim Sum menu. Went in with some friends for a December 25 Christmas dinner. Greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. It was busy but our food came quickly, hot and delicious. Portions and price was exceptional. Thank you!
Horrible! We went and had a decent lunch on a Saturday afternoon. When we left there was this wild guy in the parking lot screaming at us. He said we didn’t eat in the restaurant and a tow truck was coming to take our car. He wouldn’t move to let us out of the lot. Crazy!!! He apparently works for the restaurant. I’ll be calling there to demand an apology. My kids were crying because they were afraid! I won’t go there again. I don’t need to be assaulted to have lunch! Food was ok.

Service was very good when we went. We ordered only a few dishes. Some items off the dim sum menu and some greens done simply.Protip: ask for reduced msg. Our food tasted fine with less.Kings corner restaurant replaced golden terrace and before that it was marigolds.
Been invited by a friend and found their menus good and worth the money. Some typical Chinese cuisine but so far, have tasted other varieties too! Dimsum were mouth-watering ?
I have had the buffet here 3-4 times and it has failed to impress every time! At the lunch time buffet at 12:10 most of there buffet dishes are empty and don’t get refilled very often. The items to choose from are Ok at best. When the best item is the vegetables that is sad. Don’t waste your time eating buffet here.
They served two dishes of dimsum which were heated by microwave, but still cold inside and not admitted they were from last night or before. This is really unacceptable. Other than this experience, their food are relevant good with reasonable price, specially the lunch dimsum are on special.
