We came here for the first time for a last minute supper. The staff were warm and welcoming. It's cozy and clean inside. The food came out quickly and it was SO delicious. We left feeling very satisfied and we'll be coming back!

Nice clean atmosphere. Staff is very friendly, that's a five star. However, the food lacks a bit of quality... Soup is quite bland, not much flavour, can definitely tell that they did not spend time to stew the bones for the broth... which is unfortunate as soup is the soul that makes Korean dishes!

Food was fresh and fabulous. Can taste that everything was done from scratch. Server was great at explaining the menu as well as Korean food culture. Will be back for sure.Parking: Large free parking lot.

The wait for food was very long. We weren't even served water for a while, clearly understaffed, the lady kept going back into the kitchen and staying there so we couldn't even ask. Served us the wrong order, provided no resolution and instead blamed us for not being clear about the order. We ended up paying the full bill including the mistake, it was two of us and it cost $90 dollars. Do not recommend.

I come to kiwa ordered korean beef barbecue Saturday, waiting for it cooked more than 30 minutes. It cook so slow, no one come to check even ask. After 30 minutes, one lady come and see the fire is too small, gas almost running out. Why did not check before brings out, or check what happened if it did not cook anymore after 15 minutes. I complain to the server and want to talk with manager. She just apologize then nothing. Manager not there. I left my phone number. Manager called me back today. I did not hear clearly who she is, then she told me she called weong number she is so busy. Hung up so quickly! I told her it is right person. I came and unsatisfied with food and services. She just said wrong number she is so busy. I will not come to kiwa anymore. Expensive and bad experiences. Totally my fault. I should not come to kiwa.

It was our first time eating here. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, pleasantl and patient. The food was quite yummy, but we were looking for a little more variety and maybe just a bit more to the serving size. Otherwise, the food was good. Plenty of parking and the restaurant inside was extremely beautiful and clean - well, I thought so.

Have tried many Korean resturants in Atlanta and Philadelphia, I was shocked by the side dishes are close to none, and the soup... man, that $17+ beef Tang/Jiigae doesn't have rich flavor, I would say it has less flavor than $1.5 instant noodle soup.Pa-Joeon are pretty good.
