Arrived shortly after 12 pm, server didn’t say “hi” she simply told me, “pick a table”. Placed/confirmed my order via tablet at 12:12 pm. By 12:41 pm, I let the server know we need to get our food to go. I also let the server know, she served customers who arrived after us and that was when she snapped. Her tone changed and she did not let me speak. She repeatedly said those people after us were a reservation. However, the table I was referring to was an acquaintance sitting beside the reserved table. They arrived AFTER us and received their food BEFORE US. As I pointed out that I wasn’t referring to the “reserved table” the server went on to say they received their order first because it was simpler. Guess what, as we were waiting for our order to get packed up, I went to their table to say good-bye and we had a good laugh about how we were forgotten but also discovered they too ordered bento boxes just like we did! We received our take-out bags by 12:52 pm. I would like to note, the server did apologize numerous times but she was only apologizing because she snapped at me not because she forgot about us. I was a regular and I recommended this restaurant numerous times as a loyal customer but after my recent dine-in’s, especially today, I will choose to get better service with bigger portion for a better price ELSEWHERE because I am actually furious that I paid $38+ to be forgotten and dismissed.

Also, one of our orders were wrong.

Extremely Long Wait Time and Poor Service

I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes to pick up an Uber Eats order at Korean Garden Restaurant. The server was unprofessional and did not provide any updates or apologies for the delay. As a delivery driver, my time is valuable, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I hope the restaurant can improve their efficiency and customer service in the future to avoid inconveniencing drivers and customers alike.

Flop, food was eh, pricey for little servings. Gave me diarrhea after.

My go to Korean food spot. Service are always nice although it can get really busy so sometimes you might have to wait for a seat

Korean food was excellent, portions kind of small though. The sushi was not good though, the avocado was black and rotten. Called restaurant and they are refunding the sushi order. I have ordered from this place a lot in the past, and the quality seems to be slipping, I'm guessing because they are very busy and can't keep up.

Great authentic Korean/Japanese food. Family and I keep coming back to try something new. Can be a bit busy bc of few seating, however it is worth the wait!

Their individual dish shows and taste were very authentic Korean ways of..Excellent bbq short ribbon,Kimchee pancake, steamed egg and also a great taste of Dofu cheese.

Waited more than 30 minutes to get an order they don’t care about uber orders they prefer inside order first. If they cant make food in given time for uber they shouldn’t accept orders from uber or should increase the time at first ..very disappointing .

got the bento box with spicy stir fried squid, rose tteokbokki, and tofu stew. i love love the bento box i order this all the time especially with the squid it is soo yummy. they give so much food as well (although i wish they gave more rice). the tteokbokki tasted very good as well, although the sauce was a bit runny and i prefer it to be a bit more creamy.
i've been here multiple times and the service can be a bit hit or miss. but the servers are usually very nice!

The Korean food here is great, the sushi is super fishy. The wait for pick up is annoying. On more than one occasion, I came to pick up in the time they told me, just to wait another 20 mins and watch them make my order.

Food was wonderful, service was dismal and unbelievably, painfully slow. We were sitting for at least 20 minutes before anyone took our drink orders. We ordered an appetizer but it came with our main- about 45 minutes after we ordered. Not once were we checked on by our server.
It was also very cold inside and almost all the customers were dining with their coats on.
