Overpriced and gave wrong cake

Yummy ice cream and cakes… that melts in your mouth.

Very rude staff. Called to inquire about their pricing and cake sizes. Very sarcastic. Sad because your cake is good, customer service zero. I hang-up coz I can't handle how sarcastic the woman is.

Was really disappointed when I drove for 20 mins to get chocolate cake and when I got there sign says theyre closed until late april.

Facebook page says theyre open, no posts about being closed for a period of time, same thing with their ig page. Their google business hours also says they’re open til 6pm.

They could’ve at least updated it to let their customers know they wont be operating for weeks.

Kreamy Keyk & Co. requires a 48-hour notification for pre-ordered cakes to keep them fresh (as they told in their automated message). So if you are ordering on Friday or Saturday, you cannot pick it up on Sunday and Monday because they are closed. If your birthday falls on these days, DO NOT order because their staff will not give you options other than NOT to order. If you want their cake badly then adjust your birthday celebration to a different day or pick up the cake earlier (which is no longer fresh). This is bad for your business and disappointing for your customers.

My wife ordered a cake on December 23 and paid for it at the shop. The owner said it would be ready for pick up at 1:00 PM on the 24th. We went to the store at 1:00 PM to pick up the order. When I entered the shop, it was a long queue. When I came to pick up the order, I talked to the cashier, and he said I had to wait in line. I have waited 45 minutes to get the order. As a customer, it doesn’t make sense to spend 45 minutes picking up the order. Since we already placed the order in advance.In the future, you can have a separate till for pick up and till for order.

I came to this bake shop in August (2023) for my nieces bday as she likes their chocolate cake. I was the only one in the bake shop and was looking at the various goodies they had. I was intrigued with their “dream cake” and wanted to know what it was. The lady was on her phone the entire time and proceeded to tell me to “look at the corner of the display glass. The description of the cake is there, just read it.” Then asked “so will it be debit or cash?”I was the only one in the store and the employee/owner couldn’t take the time to explain what the cake was? Then asking if I would be paying in cash or debit with a tone, as if she’s rushing me to get out of the store as she has other things to do.NEVER again will I come here and give them my business!

Stuck up rude owner. Doesn't value a customer base as a local business owner. Won't last very long.

Ice creams are always on point

I tried them when I heard about their Choco Butternut Donuts and they didn’t disappoint!They have an organized pre-ordering syatem through FB chat, where they will give clear instructions about the ordering process. My orders were made on time per date of pick-up agreement.The said donuts are so good and they really made it very similar to the well known and famous DD’s ????, which is not available locally.Pricing for the said product is reasonable.I highly recommend it to anyone to try. Excellent as gift or for potluck gatherings.So good that I forgot to take a photo of their goodies!

Icy keyks are so good. Anyone who's in Winnipeg should try some of their foods. Sylvanas and choco butternut donuts are also a must trt

Their moist chocolate cake is killer. It is so fudgey, thick, and delightful. Their choco almond butternut loaf was amazing. I cannot wait to get a creme brulee cake, or Their choco butternut donuts. Will be back again!
