Costco fries with barely any Walmart spicy mayo sprinkled over the small handful of fries. 5 pieces of green onions. Barely any meat. Box was only half full? Fries were cold.Chicken tasted kinda fishy. Tacos were decent but small portion. Waste of $. Won’t be coming back here. Goodluck

I have ordered online a few times and it's like the quality gets worse each time. The first time I ordered the tacos with chips. The chips had a nice slot on top with a nice sauce it was delicious. My second order. The tacos were cold and it was missing all the toppings on the chips. I called into the restaurant to let them know. The issue didn't ask for refund nothing just wanted to let them know. I enjoyed the flavors and wanted to make sure this wasn't a regular thing. Order a couple more times always missing something on the order. This last time again, no sauce on the chips and the tacos were so soggy. I had to reheat them. The food has a lot of great potential but there's no consistency And they are not trying to rectify the problems. I put it in the notes of my order that my order kept having errors and it's still had an error it's too bad this could be a really great restaurant. But I won't be ordering again.

Ordered their pork belly hero and there were only four pieces of old prok bellies that’s too hard to chew! So disappointed!

While the food is good 50% of the time, it’s a gamble ordering from here every time as their website is never up to date in terms of what they have available. Today we place an order almost 3 hours in advance for dinner. When we got there to pick it up we were told they were out of the item we ordered and would have to replace it with something else. There was no attempt to notify us, they would not give us a refund, and we lost money because the replacement was cheaper than our original order. Once our “new order” was ready, they missed another item and I had to wait AGAIN. There was no apology or attempt to make it right. They could certainly use a lesson in customer service.. A small gesture would go a long way.

I ordered some take out nachos that were absolutely friggin delicious. Unfortunately you can't sit inside so it's pick up only. I have to try more things on the menu this looks amazing here

Tried their chicken fest Hiroshima. It was not good, the chicken was 90% breading and was over cooked, ended up feeding it to the dogs.
Tacos were really good….but like most restaurants….they’re extremely expensive…ridiculously expensive for what you get…as much as l enjoyed the food just way too expensive.$40 and I’m still hungry

Visited during Le Burger Week 2022.Logistics... tip: order before you arrive. When you arrive, you wait outside, then go in (max 3 in the store at a time), then head back out to wait for you order. There are no tables inside or outside here, so you're taking it to go.Ordered the Volcano Burger and a side of Oko Frites.The Volcano Burger: spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce was salty but good. It was served on the side so it wasn't a gigantic mess. It was good but not amazing.The Oko Frites were fishy. I like sushi and I like fries, but I can't recommend these. I appreciate the originality but the fries themselves, their quality, mc-mediocre.

Had one of the the Le Burger Week burgers there this year and it was amazing! A great blend of sweetness! The twinkie buns were a very unique addition. In my top 3 for 2022 for sure

Not impressed at all. My chicken skewer wasn’t even real chicken breast on a skewer but a huge block of chicken by-product and my few frites drizzled with a not even spicey mayo with a single green onion atop! Not ordering the overpriced food from again.

Food was fantastic, meat was tender and moist especially the Kahuna meat was wow ?, and Birria tacos were packed with flavour.
