Tried their entry for fried chicken fest 2025, it was ok but only when you dip it in the sauce that comes with it, otherwise the fried chicken cutlet in the wrap are a tad dry. But the Birria tacos are a must have and is reason enough for me to try out other items in their menu.

This is not a dine in place, it's more a take out. We ordered the spicy mayo hero and the beef tacos. Although the presentation was nice, the food quantity and quality was a disappointment. The fries were definitely not fresh, they were frozen then fried, although they had interesting toppings, which were tasty. The hero sandwich is more like a mini hero. Definitely not even close to the picture they have posted. The bun was more akin to dainties than an actual sandwich and it probably has 50 g of meat. For $47 for 2 people we were disappointed. Definitely not returning.

It was my first time eating at KYU Snack Box. Ordered the special burger for burger week. I liked the taste but then further eating noticed my patty was undercooked and noticeably pink. I've lost my appetite and now lost my trust in this restaurant.
