Nice, small, cozy place. I liked the vibe. The food and drink was OK. What I didn’t like was that the counter was very sticky! Everytime I put my hand on it, I felt it.

Had a nice date night with my wife food are great but would be nice to have some meat options (I know it’s low season for a hospitality industry and maybe that’s why at this time no meat options in menu something like a beef/bison tartare or carpaccio ) or just to have some other vegetables optional beside a beets something like artichoke carpaccio with is easy to execute during the low season with minimal food cost and waste

Other than this nothing to add all is fantastic

Our favourite place! I am very grateful for my daughter who invented me there and open the one of the best sides of Winnipeg!

My daughters took me to this venue to celebrate my 73rd birthday so I don’t know the price but I hope we can return on my next birthday!!

A chill and welcoming local spot. The food is superb and the staff are absolutely delightful.
The small plates are scrumptious, and they offer hand crafted cocktails and local beers.
The decor is absolutely gorgeous, and it is incredibly charming in the snow.

Parking: A couple parking spots available round back, but plenty of street parking is available.

I moved to Montreal 2 years ago and I still crave this place in Winnipeg. It's the best cocktail/snack bar in the peg hands down. The vibes, the drinks, the service etc. All amazing. The bartenders know their stuff and we had great chats about mixology and whiskey. If you are in the peg, you need to try this place with good friends only, of course! Peasant Cookery $1 oysters on Wednesday nights downtown is pretty unbeatable as well.
