The ambience of the cafe is very classy and subtly calming....on top their bakery is sooo good. I and my friend tried their Nutella croissant, lemon tart and couple of other options....all of them are delicious. Looking forward to visit more.

With a strong craving for a chocolate croissant, I set out at 1 pm in search of a quality that would satisfy memories of France. The first place was sold out. The server recommended I try Le Croissant. I didn't have much hope that I would have success as it was afternoon. Happily I was wrong! Fresh out of the oven, and no wait time as I guess I missed the lunch rush. I took two for take out. Nice atmosphere, although I didn't stay. Friendly staff. Beautiful wonderful light and flaky chocolate croissants, with a perfect amount of chocolate that absolutely satisfied. They are over $4 each, but are quite large. Worth every penny.

Best Croissant and Bakery in Winnipeg.
Love the taste and crispyness of the Croissant. Perfect๐Ÿ‘ unfortunately we didnt have time to enjoy the dining in the cafe cause it was very busy as it was weekend lunch time. So we did take away.
We try their Croissant, Lemon Tart which is also excellent, Blueberry tart, Vanilla Eclair, Peach and Cream Cheese Tart. Also try thier Foccacia Sandwich Cheese Tomato. All fantastic.
Next time we come back to dine in and wants to try their Sour Dough bread selections.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Though on the pricey side, a stop to Le Croissant is well worth it any time you are in St.B

One of the best almond croissants I have ever had.

Great fresh baked options. Sandwiches, fresh bread, wide variety of delicious patries. Pricey.

One of my favorite coffees in the city - many other local places use beans that are a little too acidic/bright for me. Great pastries and you have to try the breakfast sandwich. Very cute spot inside but can be difficult to get seating during busy hours.

I really like this bakery and their food, but today I received quite bad service. The place was busy and loud so I completely understand things would get lost in translation when ordering. I ordered a hot chai latte with oat milk for a friend and then an iced chai latte with regular milk for myself. The person taking the order clarified what kind of milk for each, so I think during that clarification she might have missed I wanted mine iced (because I had walked and needed to cool down).

When they called my order they were both hot and I mentioned that one was supposed to be iced and they said they would fix it. After waiting a while and not hearing my name called, I had to start asking for my drink. Then they started asking me several questions by at least 3 different people. Then they reprimanded me and said the next time I have to clearly state I wanted ice. When I said that I did state that, they went over to the original person to see if that was telling the truth (this was all right in front of me and before they even started to remake my drink). I felt like I was being interrogated for just wanting my drink cold.

Amazing cafรฉ and bakery. Hidden gem. Always packed inside and out. Their baked good are amazing, fresh bread is probably the best we have found and the coffee tastes great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, great atmosphere. My favorite place for โ˜•๏ธ.

Ordered a simple latte on a very busy day. The barista told me it would take โ€œa few minutesโ€, which of course was understandable.
I waited for 25 minutes before I got my drink. At one point I was asked if Iโ€™d received it yet and I said no. 8 minutes later, after seeing the lineup of people behind me get their drinks, I asked them what was happening, and they found my order marked โ€œcompleteโ€ halfway down the pile. Then I had to wait further for them to finally make it. When it finally came, 25 minutes after ordering, I just got a quick โ€œsorry for the waitโ€.
Mistakes of course happen but this was poorly handled, unimpressive, and disappointing. This is exactly why people still sadly choose Starbucks over local.
