Stood there and waited 45 minutes for a burger after we got the text saying it was ready. Not worth it.

The food was good and the packaging was good too. I ordered take out. My first time eating here and id definitely eat here again. Although i thought the price of wings and the amount you get is unfair. But still tasted good.

The food is great. The Juke Burger is a must-try. It’s become my favorite. Service is laid back but prompt. My only issue was the music, not the selection, the volume. Way too loud to carry a conversation. Other than that, it’s great.

Can’t tell you how amazing Jared and Kales customer service and drinks are. Such a great establishment with such amazing food. I ordered the birra tacos and the poutine of the week and it was THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD. I have such a soft spot in my heart for this place and the welcoming environment and bomb food always makes me want to come back. Seriously, kales and Jarett are THE BEST PEOPLE EVERRR <3 much love to them all !!!

Okay so I ordered a poutine the other night, it was delicious to say the least. However, I cannot help but he thrown off by the two long black hairs I found. I actually had lights off watching a movie and pulled one from my mouth. My hair is blonde, nobody in my house has black hair. To charge $30 for a poutine but not wear a hair net is diabolical.

great service, very relaxed and chill staff. the food is great and beer is delicious. their weekly deals are pretty sweet too. the only negative is that is could get pretty loud and hard to chat depending on how busy it is in there, but still worth it!

The music is always way too loud here. Having been to other Leopold's, this is unfortunately just part of their atmosphere and it doesn't seem like something they intend to change any time soon. The tables and chairs were sticky (it was a mistake to wear shorts here), and when my utensils came to the table, they were greasy. The food was okay? I asked for no green onions on the perogies I ordered, and they followed that, but it came with a dill garnish that wasn't mentioned at all on their menu, and it was chopped so finely that my food would've been cold by the time I would've gotten all the dill off and I didn't feel like sitting there nitpicking at my food for 15 minutes just to eat it, so the surprise garnish made my food inedible.

Customer service was good. I left my phone at the table and the guy who served us actually ran out to bring it to me which was above and beyond my expectations of wait staff.

Things that would improve Leopolds for me would be better attention to the sensory details of the environment, specifically lower music volume or the installation of sound absorbing materials, and better wiping of the surfaces that customers interact with. A clearer menu would also be good (ie mention garnishes).
