As a courier for the last 3 years, ive been coming to this little caesars almost every day because it used to be the best, id literally drive half way across the city JUST to come to this location. Unfortunately, all the little caesars are bad now, in my personal opinion, but this place for about 2-3 years, was actually really good quality pizza... as of lately though, theyve been hiring a lot of new people, and the quality is definately starting to fall off. You can tell, just the other day i got a pizza that wasnt even cut, and the day before i got an over sauced pizza with barely any cheese... they used to put effort into the pizza here, now its just awfull... idk whats going on here but i cant say the other little caesars are doing any better... its just sad to see this place fall on-par with them and im highly considering not eating at little caesars anymore, with the subway just next door, also being one of the best subways in the city, and maintaining it, I cant see a reason to keep coming to little caesars, ive probably spent 7200$ in the last 3 years at little caesars too, so idk guys. Get it together maybe ill come back.

Food is always good BUT I went in for the crazy puffs bundle and was told they did not have the deal anymore. When I went back to pickup after waiting, I noticed their advertisement for the bundle I requested but was told was no longer available.

Rude customer service . Put an order in for two medium pepperoni pizzas. One of the employees tells me the machines arnt working and only accepting cash 5 minutes of me just standing there. They seems clerflurrled and disorganized. Lady didnt know the first thing about customer service or how to stand the situation.

I placed an order through the app for pickup. The pick up process was fast and easy. I ordered two pizzas (deep dish and a medium size) and crazy puffs. I always check my order in the vehicle before leaving to make sure everything is all good, and upon doing so, I found the toppings for each pizza was mixed up. The deep dish pizza had the toppings I chose for the medium pizza, and the medium pizza had the toppings I chose for the deep dish. Went back inside and spoke with the staff about the mix up and they apologized for their error and properly made my order. I know mistakes happen and it was really busy when I had gotten my order, I did not mind the wait. The staff were really kind and helpful, and the food tasted great.

The pizza this time was sub par. The employees were all speaking a different language amongst each other which is always a turn off at an establishment for me. They could barely understand me and there was no hot and ready even ready. I had to wait 7 minutes for them to cook
