Absolutely pathetic. Ordered food and was told 20 minutes. I drove there 25 minutes later and waited another 30 minutes. There was others there that had been told 15 and were there an hour. Clean house and hire some competent staff.

I am super upset with how the guy at the front will handle money and than start touching pizzas without gloves or even washing his hands. It took 30 mins for two pizzas

Missing items in my order. Told me if I wanted a refund on my credit card, I had to call the appropriate people for it myself. Also told me I could pick my missing items myself. Incompetent.

Terrible staff. I will be getting the specific staff name to formally file a complaint how disgraceful to talk to a customer in the way she did. We asked her if the Mac and cheese bites came in boxes of 4. She said yes. We asked for 2 of the Mac and cheese, one of the pep and another of the 3herb or something flavors. FLAVOURS ONE OF EACH FLAVOUR NOT BOX. and before we payed I asked her if the deal we were getting was their 3 meat and box of bites and she said YES. she proceeded to charge me 50 dollars. She gave me the receipt and I asked her why she charged us for 3 extra boxes. She gave me a pissed off smile and refused to refund me. and why r they wearing airpods even while speaking to customers. DISGRACEFUL.

I had a big order for pick up over the phone and they couldn’t accept a hundred dollar bill so I left without my order. Doesn’t seem like a good business practice, like a manager couldn’t break it up? Or atleast let people know.

Showed up at 10:45PM and close is at 11:00PM.
Service Clerk first said they’re not serving any more customers, then second said they’re not accepting cash.
If you’re not serving customers, why have your sign on? Or state a policy that prevents this from happening before close. If your sign is open, I’m coming in to eat.
I also find it intriguing that they insist on not speaking English around customers. It’s rude, insulting, demeaning, and downright disgusting.

I ordered two pizzas one cheese which was hot and ready. And one that needed to be made. I took the cheese one out to the car and it was chicken and hot pepper pizza (which my niece wouldn’t eat). We went in to tell them the error. They proceeded to put the chicken and hot pepper pizza back into the oven. ? and I went back out to my vehicle to wait for the other pizza as it was going to be 15 minutes. I came back in after the 15 minutes. And another customer told me that they tried to resell the chicken and hot pepper pizza that I had just had in my vehicle. ? and then I had to continue waiting….dont support this business!
