I tried to order the $7.99 half pepperoni and sticks, tried to say have it large , instead of telling me they can’t do that in large they proceed to give me a whole new and I had to pay $35!!

Avoid this location at all costs. I called and asked if they could hold onto one of the hot and ready pizzas for me. We did not want a fresh one, and I’m on a time crunch I needed to grab when I go. I was exactly 7 minutes away. They said yes that was fine. I now went in, I was told they had just put them in and it was going to be a bit of a wait. I had already paid at this point. I said I can only wait a few minutes and then I have to go. The guy working said that it would only be a few moments, that they’re coming out. I know I waited six minutes, and I said I need a refund I have to go. He denied giving me a refund at first. He said I cannot give you a refund. That I just needed to wait for the pizza. I said no. I have to go. He still refused. I demanded to get a receipt so I can come back and deal with it after. He refused to give me a receipt, refused to give me my money back, and told me my only option was to wait longer for the pizza. I told him that was not an option. On my receipt so I can contact corporate office or my money back. He still continue to fight with me. That’s when I finally just said no problem I’ll leave and I’ll just contact corporate office. All of a sudden he decided to give me my receipt. And started making comments that you’re not special. I’m not giving you special treatment by giving you a refund. And told me that other people are here waiting. I said that’s great that other people are here waiting, but I also told him that I called, was told that a pizza is ready, and that they were able to reserve one for me because they were putting other ones in and then I was only a few minutes away. I told him if you guys could enough stuff to the commitment no problem. But you’re also legally not allowed to deny me a receipt, or a refund. He was extremely rude. And then continued to make comments. When I was walking out about not being special, don’t come back… And whatever else

Thought little Caesars was my favorite pizza place until uber brought me pizza from this location. Bare minimum toppings. Asked for extra sauce, got less than normal.

- I have been to all other pizza chain locations in whole city and this place stands out on top of everything!!— It amazed me how the pizzas were so tasty and fresh and prices are also very reasonable!!— Very friendly staff - and guided me through politely on what orders to choose!— Fast, easy , convenient, friendly staff, delicious food , store ambience is top notch! Over all 5/5 stars*****!! Highly recommended! Well done and keep it up!Will be back again definitely!

We use, or rather now used, this location when we ordered from the app because it’s close to us, and it USED to be good fast tasty food.Lately, the Italian cheese bread has literally been just cheese, and the app orders have been 15-20 minutes behind.The staff is slow and unorganized. I don’t know what happened, but I will be travelling to a farther location for better service. And I’m certain the 5 other people who were also out of patience, who were there before me and left after I did, will be too.

Don't ever go to Cesars @ 1615 Regent Ave, worst pizza ever, the crust was soggy & greasy and they couldn't find our order. The people there don't care about customer service ? ? ?
