I don’t know how long the crazy bread is to be kept in the warmer before tossing out, but it is far too long. It took me just under a minute to finish chewing one bite because the bread was so tough. Almost like trying to chew a sponge. Also little to no parmesan. I know your food is cheap but don’t be cheap on the ingredients that give the food flavour. The location further down portage is a lot better.

My son and I have frequented this store numerous times and on the last 3 orders we have purchased the 2 for $15.00 special and it just seems like the pizzas we are receiving have been sitting in the warmers for a very long time, tonight's order was probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever had, the crust was Rock hard and the sauce and pepperoni were very dried up. If I were to rate this,it would definitely be a 1 out of 10.

They have done a horrible job getting orders complete and on time from the mobile app. I placed an order at 5 pm and the app said the order is ready by 5:23 pm. I got there at 5:29 and it was STILL not ready. One cashier said one or two minutes. Apparently that means eleven minutes. I got my order with no apologies on their part. Not acceptable.
