It is what it is...cheap pizza. Eat it when it's hot and it's ok, when it cools down, you might as well eat the box. The people that have served me have always been nice and polite.

Pretty decent quality as far as little Caesars goes, but good luck get any service. I walk in there regularly and stand around for 5-10 and eventually have to call out to the staff in the back to see if anyone is even working there. They want your business via the pizza portal because that requires less staff, but don't expect to get any food "hot and ready" anymore, sadly a thing of the past.

Ordered online just 1 classic pep. Said it was ready for pickup 5:46. Showed up right on time and proceeded to see 2 or maybe even 3 other pep pizzas handed out to other customers one who arrived after me. 25 minutes later i get my pizza. Very disorganized.

I've ordered pizza there quite a few times. I've received the wrong order way too many times. Usually I check while I'm at the store now but sometimes in a rush I just leave without thinking to check. Friday I ordered for pickup out of the portal and rushed home because I had to be somewhere. Got home and the kids said the pizza was the wrong one. I called Little Caesars and she blamed me saying I took the wrong pizza. How can I take the wrong pizza when it's in the portal and it's only my order in there. They told me to bring it back and then I had to wait for the correct one while the rest of the food got cold. I asked if anything could be done or get a discount and the front counter person gave me tons of attitude. It's a huge inconvenience to go home and come back and get the right pizza when everybody is hungry and waiting. This happens way too often at this store and I will no longer be going there. There is no more customer service. If I order a certain type of pizza that is the type of pizza I want and that I am paying for and I don't need attitude saying I took the wrong pizza.

Waited 25 min for a pizza only to be helped by a mildy sympathetic employee who firmly believes the Canadian government is tracking him due to his knowledge on KGB top secret files, dispite the cold war being over for 29 years. After asking the employee to elaborate I had come to the realization that Little Caesars Corporate policy has no intention of performing a background checks on employees. During this time, the employee explained how the moon was hollow and birds are government spy drones. Unless you have recently been admitted into a mental health institution I would not recommend buying pizza here. I have raised my concerns with the manager at this location. However, due to the fact he is a knuckle dragging ape, he does not seem to care about how his poor franchise investment is run by his employees. God Speed. I INSIST the owner revise his staff, as I and many other people i know will not be coming back here.P.s you can use the code "UM50" to get 40% off domino's only 100 meters away. That alone should give you no reason to return to this joke of a store.
