My husband and I enjoyed the Fondue Experience. There was an abundance to eat and enjoy as each bite was delectable including the Chateaubrand which was cooked perfectly the way I love it….medium well. We had a professional waiter Brad which was prompt and friendly. He provided stellar service with a pleasant personality which added to the experience! Highly recommended! 5 stellar stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kitkat Nostalgia Tour

Service was not up to the usual standards of any Fairmont I’ve been to. I, myself, work in the service industry and I’m very patient, kind and understanding to a reasonnable extent.
Bartender was seemingly ignoring people dinning alone to focus on groups, couples or just chit-chatting about random things with his colleagues.
I had to wait a long time to be noticed at the bar and get a menu
I waited a long time for condiments
I waited an excessive amount of time for every step of my experience there. The bar was not full at all.
I had to ask 5 times to get a to go box and my bill. Another customer sitting next to me asked the bartender for my bill as well as he noticed that I tried many times without success. Only then I got it.

Waiting is normal but this was excessive.
I would also add that not everybody has the same sense of humour and to maybe be careful with the little comments and jokes. Not all of them have their place.

Food was ok but on the pricey side. Will definitly not comback after that.

Disappointed the happy hour days changed to Monday-Wed recently… the website says differently, it’s been wrong for months. Mgmt might want to sort that out…

Its such a great concept however for the price point of $75/ppsn the food quality is terrible. Stale "brioche", bagel, pastries etc, in fact all bread and desserts were very clearly not freshly made. Sandwiches would have been lovely if any of the ingredients were fresh. It is such a disappointment to have a poor quality food experience for a hyped event that is really quite expense for tine sandwiches and scones. I was happy to pay that but did expect the quality to be relative to the cost.

They did not have one of the teas on the High Tea menu. I've been to many High teas, and you always get 1 item per person. With the scones there there 3 different kinds and we had to share to taste the different flavours. With the high price we paid, we should have got 1 of each kind/person

Rod was our server for the Mad Matter Afternoon Tea and he was amazing! So attentive and punctual. The food was delicious and the decor/ music was perfect. This is our second time having the Afternoon tea and we love it ❤️

The service and decor was phenomenal. If I'm being critical, and I will because of the price we paid- the bread for the roast beef sandwich was dry as was the mini Loaf used for the shrimp. Cucumber roll was quite soggy. The pros however, far outweighed the cons. The scones and spreads were excellent, especially the clotted cream. All the sandwich fillings and toppings were grand, I especially liked the pickled onion and black Sesame seeds as garnish on the salmon and egg salad. Both accompaniments created an additional level of flavor for these choices that made them great. My favorite desert was the toadstool. The vibe was amazing. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The enchanted tea was delightful

Went for the Mad Hatter high tea. The desserts were impeccable and the service incredibly attentive. The savoury selections were on the dry/stale side. The pastries and breads had been prepared in advance and refrigerated. It seemed like they'd just come out of the fridge and they didn't taste very fresh. I didn't find it was worth the money in terms of food quality, but the overall experience was wonderful. My family loved our afternoon!

The High tea sandwiches and desserts were very tasty and the table was decorated to the theme of Alice in Wonderland. I really enjoyed where we were seated in a quaint small booth. It was a nice overall experience.

I ate there two different times and I'm knocking off two stars by explaining what went wrong first before I get into what went right. The Butter chicken was the worst butter chicken I had ever had and I've eaten a lot of butter chickens in different cities and different places. The sauce was so bland and unseasoned while the chicken in the sauce had an undercooked taste with zero seasoning. I didn't eat the meal and I paid cos I knew I'd never eat there anyway. The service however was really good so I decided to go try their Korean rice bowl because I thought if they got the Korean rice bowl wrong, then there's no hope. The Korean rice bowl ended up being really delicious. My friend said his burger and fries were average. Now to the service, our waiter was amazing. She was friendly and explained the dishes well. The cocktails (not pictured) were also good.

The Bridgerton Spill the Tea Afternoon Tea was amazing. I've had other teas at other places and other Fairmonts and thought they did a great job! Look forward to the next one.
