Poor customer service! Not very welcoming. Small space, and they prioritize events.

We go there to have breakfast. There were a few tables (for groups of 4) and one (for groups of 6–8). We are a family of 5.

We noticed that they have tables reserved, but there was a family (group of 6–8) who had just finished their breakfast and left the table. They could just set up or prepare that table for us so that we might occupy it. The staff approaches the manager, who appears to be too busy to do so, and he just informs them that they are unable to accommodate us.

We ordered for a catering. Today is the pickup date and time and the store is closed. No one is answering the phone. I have a party and no food to serve! Waste of time!

Don’t waste your time at the $16 lunch buffet, I heard great feedback from previous customers so decided to try it out and what a disappointment. Food wasn’t fresh, ulam was very chewy like it was reheated, not all the items were listed on the menu and was missing dishes. Waited for 15 minutes while the skipthedishes guy was served first and had no interaction with the lady in the front counter. Tables were mostly dirty and filthy and had no care when ppl finished their food and left. Overall very bad experience, shame on you owners, have some care with your customers and restaurant. Bad Bad Bad…?

Conveniently located and delicious food make this restaurant a must for those craving Filipino food. I always take out so I don’t have to wait as it is a popular venue for parties! Their dinuguan is one of the best I have tried in Canada! The breakfast silogs are also good and one order is good for 2 people.

I don’t usually give a review but this got to be the worst experience me and my family ever had. Not only we waited for one hour and half for food, they weren’t even making two of our orders. Overpriced food. No time management whatsoever. Rude services.

This place really have potential, the food is great as always but the food service is slow the cook and the owner should know how to time manage. We waited for our food for one hour and so. Food came but still missing orders and we ended up canceling some. Very disappointed with our experience that day. I really wish that owner will change the slow habits and over loading the food orders from skip and doordash when his restaurant is already busy with customers.

This place is great. You can tell they’re very hardworking. the plating is also nice compared to other restaurants. It’s always neat and tasty. They accommodate lots of events and do best to please customer. Tess is also a great server. thanks guys!
