Not good this not the same Macao imperial tea the Indian don’t know how to put ice my goodness and looks dirty when he give it to

Good bubble tea of all sorts. Recent visit I had encountered an employee name Kyla. I think she is an outstanding employee who demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a warm, accommodating personality.
Kyla corrected a small inconvenience for me with quick solution-based thinking that not only resolved the issue but also left me highly satisfied. Her ability to stay calm, think on her feet, and provide effective solutions shows her dedication to creating the best customer experience possible. Kyla is truly an asset to the team.

Wasn’t greeted when we walked in and the staff didn’t look happy working lol. It was only 7pm and they already didn’t have avocado (it was dead). The boba was good, the drink itself was different but not my favourite. Not on my list of go-to’s.

Do not order any of the special drinks if they do not have the cups available! They will only give you a medium size drink for an $8 drink when you can instead buy a large milk tea with pearls for cheaper. They are scamming you for your money by not even compensating for the size difference.

We were so excited to try Macao Imperial Tea McPhillips for the first time—four drinks, full of anticipation and high hopes. But what awaited us was a major letdown.

The boba pearls, which should have been soft and chewy, were clumped together, stiff, and nearly impossible to sip. It completely ruined the experience. We stirred, we tried to enjoy it, but the texture was off in every cup.

We truly wanted to love this place. The vibe was great, and the excitement was real—but all of it faded with each disappointing sip. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but for first-timers like us, it felt like a dream falling flat.

Heartbreaking, honestly. Hoping for better if we ever try again.

Ordered a matcha sago bubble tea and it did not taste like matcha at all and the sago was hard and not easy to eat. Spent $10 and it was not worth the money, won't be coming back there are much better spots out there.

I feel really bad after Cream Cheese Matcha. Poisoning. I don't recommend it. Plus DoorDash took a long time to deliver. Due to the fact that I didn't leave a tip with my order. I was warned about this on the app and now I am suffering from poisoning.

My favourite bubble tea and coffee place to go to. It's more a grab and go type of store it's not suggested to sit down and drink nor study.
