We ordered a gift set through the To Food To Go app from Macao Imperial Tea during a promotion — supposedly worth $21 for just $7. We arrived to pick it up at the specified time between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM, showed the order to the employee at the counter. She said, 'Okay, wait a moment,' and a couple of minutes later brought us two small cups of regular bubble tea (black tea with milk). She asked, 'Would you like it packed?' I asked, 'Sorry, is that all?' — because the price was the same as if we had just walked in and bought it at the place without any promotion. The picture and description made it look completely different, and the description even said 'bring a bag or something to take your order home' — for two cups?! Ridiculous. The dumbest promotion ever, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Total scam and disappointment.

My 9yr old said he would give it 10 stars if he could.

I don’t know how this place has 4 stars. The bubble tea is terrible not authentic and gross flavours.
The bathroom was disgusting, meanwhile the worker was on her phone when she could have been cleaning.
Never going back.

Why r u not fixing ur coffee machine? And pls bring back the soda bottles. Its been a year since i have been waiting for a coffee and the bottles

Great place to study after classes

I bought two cups of milk tea from this store, one of which was "Cream Cheese White Cheese Oolong Tea", which was the worst milk tea I have ever had. The characteristic of this milk tea is that tea leaves are put into cold water. Please remember that the tea leaves are mixed in cold water, not tea powder. When I applied for a refund, the merchant thought it was normal and refused to refund. This is my experience of $8.5, I hope it can remind other consumers. Picture 1 & 2 are the milk tea I received, and Picture 3 is a photo of the merchant's order interface. This is a fraud.

Had taro slush it was really tasty and the presentation was also very good. Loved the drink

If I could rate the customer service a zero I would. it took the worker 15 minutes to even acknowledge we were there just to tell us they ran out of milk tea. Didn’t take our order as we stood there for another 10 minutes. Finally got to order which was a passion fruit tea with lychee jelly, she mentioned it would be a while wait which I expected at the pace she took to take my order in the first place. It took at least 20 minutes to get my drink, there was only 2 others in front of me it should not take that long and on top of that she had made it wrong by putting tapioca pearls, when I pointed that out she says that lychee jelly comes with tapioca pearls (which is not true because I’ve had the exact same thing there before) even when I pointed out on the label that I asked for lychee jelly and not tapioca pearls she just said “well I already made it so I can’t make it again” I had to again tell her that’s not what my order was and then she said she could strain them out but wouldn’t be able to remake it she then tried to strain them out while also getting rid of some of the drink and then just hands it back to me with the outside of the cup all sticky while also a tapioca pearl still in the drink. I will also add, the drink did not taste very good so to conclude I will never return and I advise that no one else goes there as well.

We had a disappointing experience with Macao today I ordered two large black sugar milk tea through the app, but was handed a medium cup instead. Previously, I had received a large drink that looked exactly like the picture, but this time the drink was watery and poorly made. I had requested five toppings, but only received black pearls and none of the pudding, white pearls, jelly, or cream cheese I paid for. When I asked the employee to correct the issue, she simply added more pearls and ice, and failed to cover the cup properly causing it to spill all over us. It’s clear that the staff needs better training to uphold the company’s image and ensure customer satisfaction.
Overall, the service was horrible and the drink did not meet the expectations.

I usually buy the cheesecake matcha/ube. Its the most tastiest drink on the menu. Only once I had an issue with the drink having too much cheesecake, but other then that Id say this is one of the best places in wpg for bubble teas.
