The order arrived late, but that's nothing compared to the fact that we got food poisoning and spent the whole night by the toilet. I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!

Our order arrived via door dash. This order took a long time to be prepared. Food wasn't fresh. There was no cutlery/chopsticks or napkins in the bag. We paid for 4 packages of soy sauce and only received 3. No complimentary soy sauce.

What an awesome sushi place. I looked at the price and expected average sushi but when I received, it it was beautifully presented, everything was so fresh and tasted delicious. Best bang for your buck in the city!

I placed an order through the magic sushi app (which does not allow you to cancel the order or provide and estimated time for completion). When I receive the email stating when it would be ready (an hour and a half later), I called the store immediately to cancel the order as it would take too long to get there and back with the food by the time my infant had to go to bed (I live out of town). The woman I spoke to said the order was cancelled (it wasn’t). Checked my account - and they processed the order!!!!So I called 4 days later and spoke to a gentleman asking for a refund. He said it was refunded but there was no email so he said it may take a day. Well we’re now 1 week in, called again and refunded again. Still no email for the refund! This place is Terrible. Make sure to check your account for a charge if you had to cancel an order!

We ordered for the first time last night, and omg we weren't expecting that level of delish. We had edamame, croquettes, beef teriyaki bowl and beef crazy roll. Everything was incredible. We're officially breaking up with our usual sushi joint and straight up proposing marriage with Magic Sushi.
