The ice matcha latte I bought tasted like water, and it was clear the matcha powder was not strained because it was visible, plus I had to chew on it to break it up. Therefore, save your $7 on a better cafe like empty cup.

Delicious cold brew and a great atmosphere to get work done or chat with friends. There are also baked goods which are delicious. The owner is really kind and encouraging!

My friend and I came in for a quick drink and to study, keep in mind this is the first time we’ve ever been there. Not even 2 minutes after arriving, as we were setting up our laptops the barista (who I assume is the owner) came up to us and made us feel very unwelcome, he started to be condescending telling us that we were taking too long as we were trying to make up our minds on what to get within minutes of walking in and was very aggressive as he told us “this isn’t a library, order or get out” acting like we were only there to waste his precious time. You’d think that for a local business, he would care more about the community but I can assure you, he could care less.

A really cute coffee shop. I love the aesthetics inside. I like visiting this coffee shop especially since they are one of the few that's opened late.

I come here for takeout coffee because the coffee is good. But don't expect exceptional service though. The baristas and the owner can be a bit standoffish or even rude.

I don’t usually take the time to leave written reviews, much less negative ones. However it feels justified in this case. I decided to try Make as I usually prefer Empty Cup, but they were closed.

When I approached the counter to place my order the barista who I presume is the owner judging by his entitlement to his poor attitude, seemed reluctant to even serve me. When I tried to ask about the menu he continuously directed me to the menu sheet printed and taped next to the debit machine. After my 3rd attempt to engage him in a friendly manner just to have him rebuff this attempt and make me feel very stupid I gave up and just ordered an iced latte.

The serving size is laughable. I paid $9.50 for a latte that tasted burnt and sour, that was half the size of a regular latte anywhere else. I was interested in perusing the architecture books for sale, but the owner made me feel so unwelcome as if I was a nuisance to be breathing his air. Not to mention the displays were a mess, everything was coated in dust and the “decor” consisted of things taped and hanging off the walls.

Bad atmosphere, bad service, bad coffee. Truly a shame, but if you’re wanting to support local there’s better options just a couple hundred feet away.

This is my favourite coffee spot on Corydon!

The coffee is wonderful here! They use great beans and they offer retail beans as well.
I’ve also had a London fog and it was very delicious!

My only critique is the matcha is hand blended instead of whisked - which leaves clumps of matcha powder to sit at the bottom.

Make has a very gentle atmosphere, kind staff, lots of menu options and plant based dairy’s.

I usually find the place and owner to be really pretentious and the drinks to be mediocre. However, one time I needed a place to work late at night and they were open. It was cold and raining out and when I walked in the atmosphere was so nice cozy and the drink was warm, so I'm just gonna have to forgive a bit of pretentiousness

I love coming here to work! Quiet and calming atmosphere for a coffee shop. Owner is friendly, always brings your coffee and pastry order over to your table for you.

Good place to go. Place has a good quiet vibe to it. If you are looking for a coffee shop where you don't want any noise, this is a good place to go. Coffee could be better, but you are going here for the atmosphere.

I’ve been here twice! Once alone and another time with friends. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but I do love myself a hot drink. The first time I went there I felt a bit intimidated with the barista and a little rushed so I bought a pastry and walked out as fast as I could. The second time was a bit more pleasant, I ordered a white hot chocolate and a croissant to enjoy inside. The white hot chocolate was okay and could’ve used more sweetness but the croissant was great and would buy again. The barista this time was very nice and patient with us and even recommended his fav drink to my friend when he asked. And the space is simple yet beautiful. ☺️
