very tasty ice cream!
last time i ordered a birthday cake and they got everything on what i ask right.
i like how the staffs smile and greet when I come in!
definitely will go back again for another ice cream or two.

1 stuff and 2 dozens of customers. Seriously on a +32 degrees C Sunday? Poor little girl stuff and long-waiting customers. Good taste though but making it a harder day:(

Good iccream but expensive 30$ for 3 small icecream

I went in there yesterday with my family and the place smelled like rancid rags and it was very bad we had to cover my nose. The workers could not understand my order when I’ve repeated it over 3 times and slowly their English isn’t the best. The older Asian lady got super angry at me because she didn’t do the right order I told her, she was super rude and rushed me, it just seemed like she just wanted us to give her the money and leave. She kept leaving to go to the back leaving only one worker to help the huge line, which resulted a huge wait for all of us and almost/incorrect orders. I’m super disappointed with this place on kenaston since it closed down for awhile and the other locations were good so it got my hopes up. There are more things that I haven’t listed above but overall I do not recommend this place, please save your time and money and go to the other locations instead.

First of all, when i walked in the place smelt like dirty rags and it looked highly unhygienic. When I took a bit of time to decide what I wanted, the worker acted annoyed and was very rude to me. Then when I paid by cash, she gave me the incorrect amount of change, which was $10 off. I also witnessed the older woman, who i believe was the manager, yell at one of her workers, which i believed was highly unprofessional. Overall, I would not visit here again.

Just saw this location re-open again. Ordered a custom ice cream cake, the ice cream taste very good, and the stuff are very patient to explain all the flavor and mixins.
Glad to see it re-open for the Neighborhood, we are happy to have ice cream near our house for the summer time.

We went at 9:10 and it says it’s open till 9:30 but it was locked and the lights were off. They really should change their google hours.

Invest in a napkin dispenser instead of using an old box by the register. Also the plastic spoons are too bendy, they are useless. There are limits to being cheap.
