Was absolutely disgusted by this location got the door. There was a lineup of people. We watched the guy behind the counter take a cloth and wipe everything with the same cloth. Then he proceeded to leave the restaurant come back and leave the restaurant and come back in without washing his hands. Next a gentleman asked for the keys to the bathroom. He gave him the keys when the gentleman came back and handed him the keys. He placed them on the counter, where the ice cream is made a second gentleman asked for the keys. The same thing was done. Hands were never washed, and the keys sat on the counter. We looked at each other and walked out absolutely disgusted. Never never go to this location. They need to be investigated by the health department.

This location has gone downhill so badly in the last few years! The selection of flavors and mix ins in is terrible, and also differs considerably from the website and ice cream cake I was able to order just last month from this same location, which makes no sense. The ice cream is mediocre at best now and $8 for a medium cup plus tax! Save your money, go to a real ice cream shop or even Dairy Queen for the same money.

we showed up here before they were closed, they refused to let us get any icecream because âthey were closed for the nightâ yet they were still open, my friend also requested to use the bathroom, simple request you would think, but they told us the bathroom was closed for the night? doesnât really make sense because itâs a bathroom. very disappointed with the service if you can even call it that.

Friendly staff, large portions that make the price worth it. One of the best quality ice cream shops in the city. You can tell they make it with real cream, not milk. I recommend the peanut butter, perfect for someone who doesnât have such a sweet tooth!
ordered 2 half litre icecream from uber eats from this place.- Mango and cheesecake flavour with mango jelly , graham crackers and almonds. they didn't put any cheesecake , graham crackers and almonds in my order. very disappointing. not ordering again.

the ice cream was oddly bland and did not taste very good :( the checkout area was dirty with hair. disappointing overall. we didn't even want to finish so we had to toss our ice creams, wish i had the 18 bucks back unfortunately. coming from someone who doesn't leave reviews.

Itâs amazing that they keep one person doing everything including the online orders. Also they give priority to online orders instead of attending people that has been waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. They need to re-think their priorities or get their schedule better organized.
