Absolutely terrible, 30 dollars for 3 ice creams that were not good. Coffee ice cream has no flavor, salted caramel ice cream was tasteless and the pineapple was poor. Comparing this to cold stone in the US, this is just awful. Will NEVER return. Try Sub Zero if you want quality.

Line was super long and for all the right reasons (the icecream is DELICIOUS). It’ll take time but it’s all worth it especially since price is reasonable and u get unlimited toppings.
I always order the same thing: cheesecake icecream, toppings: extra graham crackers, raspberries, chocolate chips, pecans, and cookie dough. (It’s super good)

I would like to complain about this branch, since my sister and I go to this branch every week (Friday), we have been going every week for a month and a half and in the afternoon there is a Chinese woman, who is always coughing, and without a mask, and the worst thing is that she was preparing an ice cream that she would send to another person by door dash and to which she was coughing directly while she was preparing it, the most disgusting thing I have ever seen, and another lady who was there made it known to her. And she did not go to anything. Since these types of people are the ones who bring viruses from their countries, be careful and do not visit this branch anymore. Also, she is very hateful and spends her time speaking in her language and that is disrespectful. Other bad thing, they don't accept cash.
