We had ice cream here on Thursday (August 3rd) evening. The ice cream was fantastic and felt the price was fair with the portion we received.We are only giving 4 stars as all four tables were terribly filthy not only with ice cream slops but cups and spoons etc. Once the staff were done serving the customers, they sat on chairs behind the counter on their phones.

We went there this evening and each ordered a kid’s sized cup, the female server flattened my serving to the rim while my spouse had a huge mound served by a male server. I was charged for kids size and he was charged small. My spouse said he ordered same as me a kids size cup. The female server said his was a small…she totally ripped me off and I didn’t really appreciate this. Once we finished our tasty treat, we rinsed out the cups and they were identical sizes. I am definitely not returning…I will go to Eva’s Gelato up a block or go to Milksmith. Would you serve flattened ice cream to a child? I don’t want to add candy to my ice cream.

A banana split. Think about what that is.I ordered a banana split then was asked what ice cream I wanted during a very busy line up. I wanted a standard banana split so I just said chocolate vanilla and strawberry like a normal split. Then was asked which topping I wanted. So I chose some peanuts and score bits and oreo. Then my wife says she wanted the strawberry sauce pineapple sauce and chocolate sauce. Then the person making the split says you only get three toppings. Like I want a standard banana split. You should know how to make it based on the photo you have. He also cut his finger when cutting the banana and i watched as he was making sure he wasn’t bleeding. Not interested in blood as an additional topping. A banana split comes a specific way. If I want to change it I will tell you. But it comes with chocolate vanilla and strawberry ice cream. Peanuts chocolate sauce strawberry sauce and pineapple sauce. With whip cream and a cherry. Anything else is extra. Learn to make it!!. It should come with all those ingredients as a standard.Terrible service. Dirty tables. They do not accept cash. Way too expensive. Staff dont know how to serve people. No training. Won’t go there again.
