We enjoy marble slab as a treat. The toppings are unlimited, my fav is the cake pieces, skor, walnuts, and white chocolate ice cream. They got rid of the stamp cards for a free ice cream and now there's an app to collect points but every time we go we cannot collect points towards a free ice cream because the cash register isn't updated. Disappointed about that we aren't collecting points. It was a nice reward. Hope they fix that problem soon.

Incredibly disappointed we drive to this location as ours was sold out of cookie dough. Then we learn that they too were sold out of cookie dough. The server did not offer an apology, discount or substitute item.

Well I have only been here twice. And the last time was years ago. You walk in and the heat hits you. I can’t imagine how hot this place is in the middle of summer. The ice cream is so soft because it’s so hot in the place. Nothing has changed from years ago. I won’t be back.

Should be called Marble Soup.The ice cream we got in the cups were completely melted. The chairs were dirty and then when we went to leave we had to wash our hands from the soup ice cream we went to use the bathroom and it looked like it was not clean in months. The toilet bowl had pee on the outside and poop splatter all over the bowl and lid and it was just dirty.Really wish we saw that before eating because that would have made us leave to begin with. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never going back.15 years ago the place was great with ice cold ice cream. Now it's Luke warm soup.Verry dissipointing for $20 for two people.Save your money and go to the grocery store and buy a tub for $7.

We were just at this branch here (4:30-5PM), and ordered a Willy Wonka ice cream for my kid. The lady at the counter served us a soupy ice cream in a cup. I asked her if is this what its supposed to be, and she said yes because sometimes chocolate melts??‍♀️ Aren’t Marble slab selling hard ice cream? What would it be like if it’s in a cone?If it weren’t for my kid, I would just return it and walked away, but my kid still liked it the same. I just hope next time you improve your service.

Went at 8:25pm for some icecream on March 17. Lights were off and so was the open sign. Hours read 11am to 9pm. 4 other cars came and were just as puzzled as to why they were closed. I guess they don't want business.

The place is beat up and kinda dirty. Service was ok, the attendant disappeared right after we ordered so it took a while to get extra napkins.
