You really need to update your hours online i drove awhile to order a cake at 11:42am and they are closed and the hours on the door say they open at 1:00pm.

We went here last night at 9:40pm, there was two women working but the open sign was off...they advertise that they close at 10:00pm! When we walked up to the door it was locked, the two employees working ignored us and proceeded to walk to the back out of site and turned off the lights! Overall horrible service and I will not be returning to this establishment!

The customer service is garbage now. The lady working today July 7, 2025 around 4-6pm is destroying this store with terrible attitude and horrible customer service. I got a 1 liter, it was barely half way and instead of her to mix it on the stone she just scoops ice-cream directly into the tub and put the toppings on top.

I went to the marble slab creamery at dakota to buy an ice cream cake for my mother's birthday.the timings for Sunday were advertised on its window and said opeing time was 12 noon.I waited for forty minutes at the door and saw atleast 8 customers wait with me and leave in frustration.In the end, I left as well.I dont think I will ever be going to that place again.

Bought a liter of birthday cake flavored ice cream , only to discover it was just vanilla. It was good but disappointed as it wasn't the flavor I wanted
As an ice cream lover it’s totally worth your money. I ordered and went here many many times and they NEVER disappoint, very friendly workers and they will give you exactly what you want without being cheap with it. Super high quality definitely recommend🙃

Been before, usually quite good but is pricey. They did reject an order I placed on Uber Eats with no explanation. It didn't close for another 2 hours... Not appreciated, especially when it was for someone's birthday and they were disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would, website clearly advertised open at 11 on Sunday. So we show up for a pickup time that THEY gave us for 11:15, and the sign says they open at 12 and nobody answers the phone. Very unprofessional. Fix your hours

5 STARS FOR KENDALL!! You rock & are doing an amazing job!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 0 stars for mgmt letting young employees work entire shifts alone during peak summer ice cream hours. 😔Especially weekends! (When does she take a break?) 15 person line up with multiple skip + door dash waiting 20min, ultimately having to leave with nothing. No care about safety of staff, so sad!!

I went there on the long weekend for my daughter and purchased a small cone. The ice cream seemed to melt when it was on the slab that the employee claims is frozen. I actually ended up asking for her to make it again but it still ended up partially only frozen and was soupy within minutes of her eating it in the car. I ended up just paying for the second attempt, because I didn't want my kid to be disappointed and ice cream is ice cream to an 8 year old but the grown up in me knows when paying 8 for a small cup, it shouldn't be acceptable.
I worked at kenaston location when it opened up years ago and remember my wrists hurting when mixing in the mix ins due to how frozen and cold everything was...this wasn't my experience this weekend.
I do want to point out this was only a comment about the quality of the food and not towards the employee as she was pleasant and helpful in remaking the cone at my request
